Goodman City

Disappointingly the (male) toilets and toilet area are not as well keep as they used to be, I actually made this point to the manager when I was here on a previous occasion and it's still like it was. Otherwise it's still Good Ole Goodman.

I hadn’t been for a while but the steak and wine - especially the wine was great. Sometimes I have felt over charged but this time the waitress was brilliant and so was the sommelier and we had a great night for just under 100 a head

Food and service were both amazing. The waiter went through all the different cuts of meat and offered recommendations on flavour and texture. Portion sizing was very generous.

A decent rare burger - nice friendly staff - obviously a city location so clientele will be predominantly bankers but despite this enjoyable

My only complaint is the lighting above the tables the bulbs are very bright and the lamps are too low one has to go, it was very uncomfortable having the bright light in my face and the heat from the bulb on my head throughout dinner.

Food never ceases to amaze however service was not the best, normally we have description of the steaks on board etc comparisons but not this time! Staff seemed rushed.

For a group of 5 guys on a busines/entertaining meal. Experience was excellent and our guests were very impressed with the food, surroundings, wine and service. Great evening restaurant for a mal and socialising.

Really lovely steak. I was so pleased they had a smaller fillet available on the special cuts menu as I'm pregnant with a very small appetite. I was so full afterwards which was a bit uncomfortable but the whole experiene was lovely! Shame I had to have it medium well (because pregnancy!), it would have been even better medium rare!

After being recommended to visit Goodman City for some great steak and wine in London (I’m not from London!) we had an amazing evening. Our waitress, Francesca, was extremely friendly, informative and helpful. She talked us through each of the different cuts of meat so that we were able to identify what we would like to order. The starters were exceptional (we had seafoody dishes, Argentinian prawns, Tuna tartare and crab cakes) and then the steak arrived! It was cooked exactly to our liking with big portioned sides and the peppercorn sauce was to die for. Francesca bought us a couple of her favourite desserts for us to sample at the end of the meal. 10/10 from us! Hope to come back one day!

The steak was excellent steak and the restaurant had a very Good atmosphere (even for a Monday!)
