Had a fly in my salad (which was very large!). They took the salad away. My colleague had to request his salad be taken too as obviously from the same salad bowl. We were offered other sides which we waited ten minutes for in that time our steaks were cold. To then only be offered the sides for free.... Really not good for this type and level of restaurant.

This is a regular for lunch time meetings - food is always great, good portions and staff are very attentive, I never have any complaints.

Fantastic venue and amazing food, however the service topped it all. Our server was excellent, very friendly and very knowledgeable from steaks to whisky he was able to answer all our queries. Will be back soon

Excellent meal as usual. Friendly staff who were attentive but not overbearing. Would highly recommend Goodman as one of the best steak places in London.

The food wasn't as good as usual and our table was very squeaky. Sounds silly but it meant every time we tested out arms on it it would squeak! My lobster tail was overdone and whimsy my fillet steak was lovely, my colleagues steaks were gristley.

Great meal , service was good , was called the day before to check what time I would be vacating the table as they needed it after I had finished yet when I was there the restaurant was not full so ? Over priced I think for the accompaniments - the steaks are divine but £8 per portion of fries is a little extreme plus they automatically added a fee for a charity without alerting me prior to passing me the card machine and when I asked about it there was no option to remove it ? £135 for two meals with two bottles of beer and one glass of wine is expensive but its a nice place to go as a special treat

Amazing food. Once you have had a steak at Goodman, you will not eat a steak anywhere else. The experience is simply fantastic. Goodman is the best steak restaurant I have ever been to

Excellent Service and great food. Only thing that's stops it getting a 6 is that its not perfect but almost. Steaks cooked as required, sides good and great beer. You do pay for what you get.

Great food, tasty cocktails and knowledgeable staff! Had a great meal for my boyfriend's birthday. Would be good if they had a larger bar area.

Wonderful food and great service - what not to love!! Only slight issue I would have is that whilst the price of the food is pretty good the price of the wine is just a little OTT

The steak was not as good as I expected, can get just as good or even better from many other restaurants. Drinks are extremely overpriced.

Good service, ok meat a little pricey for what it is. The quietness of the restaurant probably reflects this. Wine list good but 40% too much.

What a fantastic place - food, service and experience completely perfect. When the staff learned it was my boyfriend's birthday they produced a gorgeous dessert with candle and his name in icing - no extra cost. Will definitely be returning. Thanks Goodman! Lively atmosphere (it was a friday night) but not deafening and could still hold a conversation. Expensive but completely worth it for the quality.

Best. Steak. Ever! Really good atmosphere, great service from people who know what they are talking about. Don't bother with the starters, just load of up sides as they are amazing!

They accommodated space for an extra people at the last moment. Highly recommend the beef carpaccio. Great steaks, great wine, great service. Will be back soon😀

As a frequent fine diner, I regard this as the very best steak restaurant. Have been here over 30 times and never had anything less than exceptional.

Friendly efficient service at the table. Just the right level of attention. Rib-eyes were high quality and cooked well. The fillet was a little dry. Good selection of sauces to accompany. The prices reflected the quality.

Daughters choice for birthday . Prompt attentive service - took great pains to explain various options . Delicious steak and sides - but quite noisy - can be forgiven on Friday night !

I had the lunch menu and it was quick. Nice food and service. Good location to have a quiet business lunch. Would go back again.

Very good service and steak. The staff were extremely friendly, attended to us constantly so you didn't have to ask, and always had a smile on their faces.

The service and atmosphere was lovely, food very tasty. Initially my dining partners steak (a first time steak eater having been vegetarian all his life) came out too rare, but this was quickly rectified. Both steaks looked to have not rested for long enough before coming to the table, but the taste and cut were both excellent. The waitress and sommelier were both very knowledgeable and helped with excellent recommendations.

I don't know what has happened to this place. The food used to be fantastic but my last few visits have been disastrous. The week before last I actually returned my food but I thought I would give them a second chance.. But this will be the last time. There is too much competition in the space now to be serving food of this quality, I suspect it may be game over.

Sub standard food- rude servers not impressed expect better. When I gave feedback this was met with a rude response. Frankly unacceptable avoid this restaurant

Steaks were fantastic. Service provided by our waiter Andy was brilliant. Can't wait for the next time.
