Setting up shop in Mossley Hill, Green Fork is Liverpool’s newest vegetarian and vegan restaurant. Located on Rose Lane, right by Mossley Hill station, this exciting residency is from Seal Paul Redding, a talented chef with a pedigree in cooking for celebrities and taking an innovative approach to plant-based cuisine. The menu is both contemporary and international, this thanks to Redding’s roots in America and his experience working in some of London’s top restaurants for decades. From cauliflower pakora and spinach mushroom quesadilla to crispy mock duck watermelon salad, the small plates at Green Fork showcase the diversity of quality produce. They’re dishes which are great for sharing, as well as going nicely alongside Green Fork’s speciality vegan wines and cocktails. Open in the evenings from Thursday to Saturday, check out this Liverpool restaurant today!
