Ain’t no better spot in Bradford than Little Germany – the historic merchant’s quarter. This, you’ll be pleased to hear, is exactly where you can find Guzelian Cafe Bar, a perfect little spot for breakfast, lunch or European-style tapas. All the food is well-priced, prepared right behind the bar and with plenty of fresh produce. It’s honest, good stuff. On Church Bank, right opposite Bradford Cathedral (meaning the views are superb), Guzelian also makes a cracking place to drink whilst perusing the photography on the walls, provided by the Guzelian press agency just above – a true gem of little Germany.
The food is always great here and it’s really cheap for what you get as well.
Wonderful food , great service , amazing value . Highly recommended . I will definetly retutn to The Guzelian Cafe Bar . Thanks so much .
Wonderful welcome food just so good quality ingredients highly recommend. We were there dos Mothers Day brunch everyone was very pleased with their meal and very good on price
Nice place, great service and amazing food, everything we tried was fresh and tasty, excellent, good choice of alcoholic and soft drinks too. Will definitely be back.
Small, friendly, culinary gem & beautifully set at the side of Bradford Cathedral, yet handy for the Broadway & city centre. Booking required to ensure availability, but worth the effort. Menu not massive, but great for breakfast fare, tapas &, the day I went, fresh, home-made paella. I do Slimming World & found something suitable. My slim friend tucked into delicious black pudding & locally produced quality sausage! Well worth a visit!
A great dining experience. Nice ambience in a contemporary decor with friendly and attentive service. Best of all, superbly cooked tapas (with a "world cuisine" twist) which were arguably the best we have had outside of Spain. And to cap it all, excellent value: we had a very nice tapas supper with bottle of wine for just under £40! A little gem and highly recommended.
The food at Guzelian is absolutely delicious, the service is great and it's so reasonable. It's a bit of a hidden gem but not far at all from the centre of Bradford. Only discovered it recently but has now become a regular feature on our nights out. Good for small groups and couples. I highly recommend it.
The evening we were there it was very busy, and as a result the service was a little slower than we might have liked. However, the chef and waitress kept us informed of progress, and the tapas was all delicious, and good value for money. We'll certainly be going again.
Excellent service and meal, we reserved a table for 2 and had the nicest view of the cathedral. Very friendly staff and so reasonably priced, we had 6 tapas between us and drinks and all less than £35. Brilliant!
What a find!! Clean, comfortable surroundings, friendly yet professional staff and a fabulous tapas menu! Could not fault the Guzelian and we will be returning - of that you can be sure! A jewel in the crown of Bradford!
