Great cocktails and atmosphere, plus the menu and food were both amazing

Pre-show dinner, we booked for 6pm in Fri and was pleasantly surprised to see so many other diners. Service was a bit slow, food was good, would certainly return.

Enjoyed modern Chinese cuisine with my senior guest under such a posh atmosphere in the heart of Mayfair.

Well, we really wanted to try this place as our friends kept raving about the amazing food and atmosphere; so by chance of being in London we decided to give it a go. Started at the bar with some nice cocktails, then wend to our table. We decided on the Phoenix menu to really experience the Hakkasan story. It all started well with our first course arriving pretty quickly, but by the time we actually served ourselves with two spoons, the next one had arrived. Ok- not much room on the table, so water bottle, candles, glasses all moved to make space. Had our starters and we really enjoyed them- duck salad and dim-sum, we were very excited for what was to come.. only to be let down- and why, first main arrives - tempura prawns fried in bath of dried whole chillies. I love chillies but i have to guess they were there for decorations more than to eat; then 2 min later the second main arrives, then the third and then thee fourth- at this point everything was so packed on the table we had to move all our bottles on the table next to us which was free for about 5 min, then everything else had to be put on the floor as there was no room to even move our hands. At this point we felt so rushed through our dinner, the whole experience was ruined. Our main duck course came with a gelatinous "sauce" thing and shaved truffles so i was excited to try fresh truffle for the very first time- big disappointment as no flavour whatsoever, duck nicely cooked but not much salt on it. The somelier and other waiters kept coming ever so often to refill our wine glasses despite m asking not to have any more, that i felt drunk and getting sick within minutes. The end concludes with 2 deserts- one called autumn flavours- why would you have autumn based pudding in spring???!!! and another which despite not remembering the name was ok. We started on a high and finished on a mediocre with an extremely over priced tag. Worth coming??!--- if you don't have high expectations and are not bothered at all by the price tag, it's fine, but i would not rush there any time soon, especially when there are places which welcome you and really allow you enjoy your evening possibly for the same if not less.

Not my best experience as the wine waiter was disinterested and the general service was lack lustre and to be honest , I felt like a number and whilst I paid the bill inc service charge , it wasn’t deserved

Exceptional and consistent - by far and away the best of its kind in London. BUT, PLEASE bring back the fall off the bone pork ribs PLEASE and Venison Puffs 😉

The food was perfect but mistakenly I spilled my class of champagne and they didn’t offer new one . The waiter wasn’t professional she was an Asian I don’t have her name .

Went for lunch. Fabulous. The Crispy Duck Salad was the best we have ever had. The Dim Sum with lobster was delicious too. Will definitely visit again.

I love the food at Hakkasan. The service from the table staff is usually good and friendly. Those who greet you at the door are not as welcoming but still professional. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend going here.

Had the taste of Hakkasan with dessert and cocktails and the whole experience was tasty, service was flawless and the venue was stunning.

Poor food , poor service . I enjoyed view of servers rear when they kept standing in between my table . Unsophisticated experience . Thought I was in a low grade restaurant not Mayfair !!!!
