Sunday lunch was very nice but I have to say the service has not improved since my last visit when it was terrible. Waiter came back to our table 40mins after taking the order to say he’d lost the order? Also missed a drink off the order ... twice! Unfortunately we had to remove the compulsory 10% service charge as we spent so much time waiting for our meal. I’m not sure we’ll be back!

Booking the seat on line was great. Upon our arrival we were taken to our seats and the service was fantastic. Thank you

Glad I booked in advance as being a match day it was really busy. Service good, food good. But unsure about the bill. On hindsight I am wondering if they added a service charge on. I alwaya like to leave a cash tip on the table to ensure the waiting staff benefit. I think I may have paid service charge and tipped staff. Involuntary service charges piss me off.

We visited Sunday and it was extremely busy, table available on time, starters and wine delivered in good time along with the main course soon after, I had the beef which was superb, my OH choosing the pork which was a bit dry offered a replacement. Staff were very good especially how busy it was. Will be returning for for festive lunch.

Seemed a tad pricey for what we had but the biggest disappointment was the loud and incessant noise. Don't remember it being that bad before. Maybe I am getting grumpy in my old age as the average age must have been half ours.

Unfortunately your stars only go up to Excellent!! The service from staff and quality of food far exceed that. It undoubtabley is one of the best places to eat in Newcastle. NOTHING was too much bother for staff and although we do not often eat on a visit to Newcastle we will return. Would recommend it to everyone who asks.

Wonderful time at Harry's Bar, relaxing drink in the bar before taking our seats for Sunday Lunch. Excellent value for money, 3 superb courses for under £20. Will definitely be back!

We had a lovely lunch today the restaurant is really nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Although the set lunch menu looked good we went with the main menu and shared the tagliatelle Bolognese with pizza garlic bread and the tenuous prawns which were huge and excellent. It’s our first time dining here but will be back.

We were a party of 5. Good service at first with starters coming quickly. When the waitress came to take our plates one of our party was still eating but I think the mains must have been ready then as by the time she'd finished the fish was dried up. Everything else was good
