Europe is – and perhaps long has been – in the throes of self-definition. Once way to take the temperature of the continent, whtout becoming too embroiled in politics or indeed war, is to take a culinary journey through its many nations, across borders and ethnic groupings, and see how much different European cuisines have in common, and how much they differ. In Blackpool, a fantastic exponent of this foodie fusion is to be found at Hauze, a family-owned restaurant along Talbot Road in the city centre that aims to make every diner feel like they were guests in Hauze’s house – and a well-appointed house with excellent service it is, too. Book online now for a voyage through European fusion cuisine.
A very pleasant experience . Latvian food was a first time revelation which we hope to repeat . Go there and enjoy we did !
This was our first, (but not our last) visit this restaurant. The staff were friendly and professional and the menu was varied and interestingly different. The food when it arrived was piping hot and cooked to perfection. From a selfish perspective I didn't want to give this restaurant a five-star rating because I want to be sure I can get back in again in the not too distant future. Show less
