Awful. Arrived early, had a nice drink in the bar. Then proceeded to watch everyone else go for their meal and not us. Overheard another couple saying l think they’ve forgotten us. Gave up after no one even spoke to us about meal being delayed or anything, 30 minutes late.The guy we told we were leaving was lovely and apologised but ruined what was meant to be a special occasion. So didn’t even get to eat.

Hawksmoor Liverpool welcomed us and helped us to access our favourite dining area the vault. Service was great, food fantastic a very enjoyable roast dinner. Highly recommend the stuffing!

Steak beautiful, perhaps starters could be a bit more varied. Expensive so not a regular venue but nice for a special occasion.

Been to London's Hawksmoor, had to take my wife out on our anniversary. The BEST steak my wife has ever had. Mine was exceptional. Three courses, amazing flavours. Drinks to support each round was perfect. Customised desert place with a lovely message. The 3 staff who chatted to us were lovely. Thanks Yusuf for recommending what my wife had, you have the same taste buds 🤓 Looks like you've gained another Hawksmoor fan.

This was a celebration of some outa the ballpark A-level results . Service was superb and personal without being intrusive! Food was of a high standard as one would expect! I rarely have chips these days, but indulged here! They were worth every calorie! Steaks were cooked as requested (not always a given in some places). Environment was superb! Stunning building tastefully decorated, music at the right level. My only minor nit pick would be the starters could have been hotter- just my preference! Obviously the cost of the meal was premium but I was happy to pay for great food in a great space served by good people!

We had a very nice evening. Service was very good, food was too. Wine was pricey and we had a pretty standard bottle for almost £40. The room itself was really lovely. It also seemed a little unusual that the service team all wore their own clothes and I'm not sure that totally worked. But overall a nice night.

Door greeting was instant and escorted to our table for 5. The atmosphere and decor was warm and very comfortable and the whole restaurant was immaculately clean and well presented. The food ordered all arrived at the same time and table service was attentive and polite with utmost courtesy. The food was another level and steak cooked to perfection. Dear Hawksmore Management, I am writing to provide feedback on my recent dining experience at your restaurant. Having visited Hawksmore on two previous occasions, I was looking forward to another enjoyable meal, but unfortunately, my recent visit fell short of expectations. Firstly, the service was average and it appeared there was a shortage of staff. This impacted the overall efficiency and attentiveness, making the dining experience less enjoyable. The ambiance, which I previously found inviting, was lacking this time, and the environment was excessively noisy, detracting from the comfort and relaxation I associate with your establishment. The highlight of my visit should have been the steak, particularly the £100 porterhouse, but it was overcooked and did not meet the high standards I have come to expect from Hawksmore. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, the response was not satisfactory, and the issue was not adequately addressed. Given the premium pricing and my previous positive experiences, I was particularly underwhelmed and disappointed when presented with the bill. The overall experience did not align with the quality and service I have previously enjoyed at Hawksmore. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe in the potential for Hawksmore to provide an exceptional dining experience. I look forward to improvements in the future. I cannot recommend Hawksmoor enough From the moment my husband and I entered the service was exceptional The food was to die for and the drinks and cocktails were amazing

Visited Sunday and had roast beef and trimmings. Beef was very fatty and tough and the veg ( carrots and cabbage ) was quite bland. Was a bit disappointed as not very much gravy so quite dry and not a lot of flavour. Usually food is very tasty and meat very tender.

service was slow for the first 45 minutes. There was no lobster available and the overall pricing was high for both food and wines with a further 12.5% on top for service that was only average. Not sure I would recommend on the basis of being over priced for the overall experience.

Commented that my steak was a bit cold to the waitress server but the comment was ignored. Come away thinking I should have had it addressed as I like the Hawksmoor and shouldn’t get put off.

Lovely welcome, outstanding service! But, unfortunately food could have been better - some food over cooked and dry, some undercooked 🙁

Food and service was up there with the best I’ve experienced. The fillet steak was so tender I could cut with a butter knife. The staff were attentive and so welcoming and it was perfect for our 36 anniversary meal. We would definitely go again for a special meal, and recommend to friends, Thankyou

The meat was absolutely tasteless, it was overdone and not medium. The sweet potato was burnt on the outside and lumpy on the inside. I had no bone marrow on my fillet with bone marrow and onions. The noise levels were so high that we could not have any proper discussion.

A lovely restaurant to visit. Staff were friendly and decor is very tasteful in an old building. Food was very nice. Drinks are a bit on the pricey side along with the service charge added of 12.5% and the extra added on pound for a charity which is not advertised. An unrequested charity donation automatically added to the bill. The receiving charity was not listed. We asked for it to be removed.

Food lovely, but the express menu deal not as good as before Xmas when it included prosecco and bone marrow. Staff asked if it was an occasion - it was my bday. The pudding came with a candle. Bit disappointing - Albert Schloss give a free round of drinks!.
