Always great food there. Our waiter was new but very well supported by the manager who was exceptionally attentive but discreet and not pushy. Overall a great night with friends with great food and selection of drinks. Can't fault it!

Lovely food and ambience although rather loud. Only thing that spoilt it was the serving staff. They all looked so unhappy and not one smile between them. I asked one server where the restroom was only to be snapped back at as if I was annoying her!! There were 9 of us in our party and we waited over 15 mins for our drinks order. Lovely food made up for it though.

Service below what I would expect and experienced on previous visits. Wine cooler removed and second bottle just left on the table ie not kept cold. Food lovely

As to be expected the restaurant at lunchtime was very busy and noisy. The ordering at our table was a little difficult due to the distance between our party and the person who served us, and the noise in the restaurant. Likely as a result we were served (and charged) four sides of fries when we had only asked for two, and I had to chase up a basmati rice that didn't arrive. Despite this, the food was very good.

Very disappointed with the service and food at Haz St Paul’s. The servers brought our main courses out while we were still in the middle of eating our starters. After some prompting they took the main courses back to the kitchen and brought them back out after they had cleared away our starters but, having been sitting around for a while, the food was somewhat dried out. There was a large group of approximately 20 people in the restaurant and, despite there being plenty of staff, our table of 2 received no service for the last hour of our visit. My friend alerted the manager to all the issues when requesting the bill and an adjustment was made to our bill but we certainly wouldn’t recommend this particular Haz restaurant and won’t be returning.

Starters good. Mains ok but not great- fish overcooked, generally mediocre . Service poor. Not offered desserts. Unlikely to come again

It has been a while since I have attended this restaurant and it didn't disappoint. Lovely food, great service and good atmosphere. The cocktails were AMAZING!! The only thing is I would not be able to afford to eat in this establishment too often as it is quite expensive. My only suggestion would be that they should offer a mixed meze option for the starters which might be good. Thank you.

Haz used to be my favourite restaurant. This is the first time I have eaten here post-covid. Food portions dramatically smaller and quality nowhere near where it used to be. I won't be returning. Very sad

Great food, the service varied depending on the person but that was very minor, ie not telling us there was more than one flavour of a certain drink. However the next waiter did let us know. But overall I would recommend this place, service was great and the food was delicious!

The food was delicious but it was very loud and they had a shortage of water jugs and took over 5 minutes to give us menus where other tables were given them immediately.
