Solo diner - ice cold Asahi delivered promptly, service exceptional! Opted for new deal with two chateaubriands - couldn’t eat it all, was a step too far but was so tasty and perfectly cooked. The remainder will be eaten today for breakfast! Thanks for another great experience.

Very average, steak was not particularly tasty or cooked professionally, mac and cheese was microwaved and tasteless, all pretty bland and over priced

Solo diner, went during quiet part of the day, excellent service by Rigals/Rigels. Two for one deal which makes it even better. Two quality fillet steaks cooked to perfection. Will be back for more. Thanks

Steak is always very good, and this trip was no exception. Tuesday night is 2 for 1 on all steaks, and so it should be good value, although still quite an expensive meal.

Food was not up to the standard that I was expecting. We order the chateaubriand, rare. Some parts were rare, others well done, not only that but the meat was gristly and had a fair bit of sinue throughout. Paid the bill only to find already added a 'Discretionary Service charge' applied. There were two of us eating, so not a big demand on the service of a near empty restaurant. My thoughts are they applied this because we didn't have a desert. I.wont be going back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else.

Food was really good, but many mistakes were made with our order. 4 of us were halfway through our meal before the rest got served despite asking twice where our food was. No goodwill gesture for the mistakes or the long wait. Then, they had the audacity to stick a 12.5% tip on the bill, which we asked, politely, to be removed. Not sure we'll be back.

The whole experience at Heavens kitchen in Farnham, was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Due to plates taken away before we had finished our meal!

Service was vey slow compared to usual even though it wasn’t very busy. Food was good as always.

We arrived 15 minutes early, there were only two other tables with people on them. We saw two more groups of people come in, sit down, have their drinks orders taken and receive their drinks roughly 15 minutes after we’d arrived. So we sat there trying to get the attention of someone so we could just order our drinks, the waiter looked at us and walked away. We decided to book Cote in Farnham, walked over and there and spent £160 for the two of us in there instead! Won’t be returning to HK as this is the second time we’ve felt unwelcome here, and we aren’t sure why.

Cant fault it. Most amazing service, food and ambience. Cant recommend highly enough. 2nd time visiting and we will be back!

The food was delicious, the staff were lovely and the venue was really nice. It was my son's birthday and his meal was discounted which was unexpected but appreciated. I would highly recommend the restaurant.

We enjoyed a wonderful meal, the staff were superb. We had a lovely waiter serve us who informed us it was his first trial shift, he was exceptionally accommodating. Food was extremely good, chef outstanding! Highly recommend!

The rib eye steaks were cooked to perfection! The desserts were delicious. Service was excellent and the waiters were very handsome. Perfect night out ! Highly recommended.

The food was exceptional! This was our second visit and certainly won’t be our last. The staff were friendly and tentative making us feel very welcome, not trying to rush us in and out. And though it was busy they were always on hand with anything we required. 5 stars from us and would highly recommend.

Our visit was on Valentine’s Day so we expected it to be busy and booked early. It was a good table and the service was hardly affected by the occasion. The steaks were excellent!
