Best steak I’ve had in a very long time, the starters were amazing too!

I put on my email that it was my wifes birthday and nothing happened ? , i was under the impression it was free for the birthday person And it's not very clear that a steak to share was twice the price you have on the menu

We were late but Restaurant wasn’t that busy. Food was great but service was a bit slow tonight. Made up for it by singing happy birthday to my fiancé as requested!

We visited this restaurant on Father’s Day with high hopes for a special family meal. Unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired in terms of service, despite the quality of the food. Upon arrival, we were told it would be difficult to accommodate our party with a pushchair. After trying several times to be seated at separate tables, we eventually had to collapse the pushchair and store it in a corner ourselves — not the most welcoming start, especially with a baby in tow. While we were deciding on our mains, a man who seemed to be the manager began taking photos of guests at their tables. Without asking, he approached our table and took a photo of me, my husband, and our 10-month-old baby — followed by a separate photo of our baby — all without any consent or warning. He then walked away before we had a chance to say anything. This was intrusive and inappropriate, especially with a child involved. When it came to the meal itself, the food was enjoyable. We ordered two brisket mains, but were mistakenly brought roast beef instead. While this was eventually corrected, the delay was frustrating. Additionally, there was no mention from the staff that the £49 menu included a dessert. As a result, my husband and I missed out on a course we had paid for, simply because we weren’t informed. Overall, the food was very tasty, but the service and communication fell short. For a special occasion, we expected more consideration and professionalism. Improvements in staff communication and guest respect are needed to bring the service up to the standard of the food.

Always a warm welcome, great service and fabulous chateaubriand cooked well and sliced on request. Delicious sauces and a nice cold Asahi.

We had an absolutely lovely evening here, the food was amazing (we had the tomahawk steak as the main to share) and the staff were lovely and very attentive. We will definitely be going back.

Heavens kitchen prides itself for its steak. I have a 28 aged ribeye steak and it was very disappointing, especially considering the cost. it was very thin, overcooked and grey (looked like it was cooked in a saucepan, not on a griddle of grill. The Malbec (cheaper of the two) was, as my friend put, "rather agricultural". Service was fine, the staff were attentive. Having been meaning to go to the restaurant for ages, it was my first visit and very possibly my last. disappointing to say the least

Super friendly team, great atmosphere and the food was delicious 😋 will definitely be back again to try some other things on the menu. The king prawn starter looked amazing, had food envy. Look forward to visiting again soon

Just the two fillet steaks, cooked to perfection with delicious sauces and mashed potato this time! Nice cold pint and good service. Going to miss this place

Felt it was very expensive especially with huge tip charge. The blonde waitress was too direct and just rude, the music too loud and the guy serving was staring uncomfortably at us for short periods of time. The food was very nice and compliments to the chef.

Service was excellent but main steak was disappointing in size for £28 Side salad was very salty and onion rings had a used oil taste to them Overall the premises need an update looked tired and had ripped seats Toilets are adequate but door in men’s was ILLfitting I would give it an overall score of 6/10

Wonderful food and friendly service. Would highly recommend the roast dinner and the steak is second to none.

Service was really poor, meals were slow, when arrived food cold, had to ask for steak knives and spoon, when complained just shrugged and wasn’t interested although apologised, was more interested in friends who were dining than customers

Food was generally good but the HK50 ribeye was a little disappointing plus the Mediterranean vegetables were overcooked for my taste. The Manager noted our comments which were framed as observations and not as complaints. All in all, a good experience with the above minor caveats.

My wife and I celebrated our 32nd wedding Anniversary at HK Farnham and were not disappointed. Everything from the Food, drinks, service and General Buzz around the restaurant was first class. Without doubt the best steak I have had outside of South America!! Keep up the good work and we will see you again....soon!

Went here for my sons 21st birthday and there were 9 of us. Food came out relatively quickly considering it was busy and we were a big group and everyone’s food was AMAZING! Never been before but have made another reservation to go! Service was spot on too.
