Heaven's Kitchen - Farnham

We were visiting Heavens Kitchen for the first time yesterday and were pleasantly surprised at the service - Special mention Daniel, Ollie and Dodi, in fact everyone was amazing, the food and the atmosphere - it was absolutely heaving. Food: We shared two starters, and for Mains we both had the lamb chops. These were all cooked just the way we liked them and were quite delicious. We shared a Sticky Toffee pudding, also very good. Service: Impeccable. Ever so Polite - with a heaving service and Professional. Ollie and Dodi were so good. Atmosphere: Better book, especially at the weekends. The place was chockablock and there were guests waiting. Lovely evening. Thank you.

By far the nicest roast dinner we’ve had in a long time at a restaurant. We tried the sharing platter which was plenty for 2 of us. The Beef and Pork Loon melted in your mouth, also great chicken, lamb, veggies and sides. Would def recommend. Book early to avoid missing out of the roast.

Another awesome visit, can’t beat a 2-4-1 Tuesday. Menu has changed. Tried the new sauce with the fillet steak and was delicious.

The most delicious roast! The beef was cooked to perfection! Lovely staff and atmosphere too! Oh and sticky toffee to die for!

Our first time here. We booked a table online for 8pm. I appreciate it was very busy but we didn’t get shown to our table and sat down until 8:45pm! A bit of a rubbish start. Quite possibly 1 of the managers, asked if we had got a drink at 8:30pm, as we were waiting near the bar but the only member of staff behind the bar was flat out with table orders which is what my husband replied. There was also a big party also waiting at the bar for their table and there isn’t much room to wait. He asked what we wanted and done the drinks himself. He waved his hand when my husband got his card out so we assumed the drinks were on them as an apology to find them on the bill later in the evening. A free drink wouldn’t have hurt surely! Thankfully it didn’t dampen our night. The food was extremely good, best calamari & steak I’ve ever had and all the staff were really lovely and working extremely hard! I had the 5 course offer priced at £29.90 which is great value for money but unfortunately never received my palate cleanser of champagne sorbet between the starter and main course and as it was getting so late I didn’t want to hang about for my tea or coffee which was included in that price. Overall a great restaurant and we would go back just a couple of things that put a small dampener on our experience.

Celebrated a colleagues birthday at heavens kitchen with a party of 6. The food from starter to coffee was delicious and the service was fantastic. I have been quite a few times with my partner and other co. The meals have always been exquisite and the restaurant manager has been brilliant each visit, he really takes pride in his service and always makes you feel welcome. Thank you 🙏

Lovely place rather expensive for what you get! One slice of meat (lamb very fatty and tough) one carrot, one parsnip few beans, Yorkshire pudding and loads of gravy. Won’t be rushing back

Myvson and I (he has just become a Dad). Both our Birthdays were at the weekend, So we went large! Team were great, the Manager was Fantastic, oh and by the way the food and wine was Amazing! Thank you!

Returned for more! 2-4-1 Tuesday is a good deal and great chance to have even more great quality steak. Good service, nice selection of wines, excellent meal. No doubt we will be back.

Amazing Sunday roast - had the two meats, chicken and beef and both delicious. Awesome gravy and veg and a nice glass of red wine. Good service.

The chap who was front of house was excellent the waiting staff brilliant. Our table top was sticky. My partners steak had a big grossly bit in it. My veg had butter in them. Wish I could have been asked if that was okay or not. I’m calorie counting. Wish the menu had calories on it. There wasn’t one low calorie dish or healthy dish available. Must do better.

Really good steaks at reasonable prices. Something for the whole family

I been a few times now and it hasn’t quite lived up to the first time I went. The steak came out lukewarm with the butter on the top barely melting. It was also not seasoned as amazingly as it should have been for a £37 steak, myself and my girlfriend both had to add salt which we would never normally need to do. Love the chips, loved the service but I do think I might think twice about revisiting purely on a value for money basis. I would rave about the steak from heavens kitchen but I’m not sure I can after last night. It wasn’t on par with my past experience.

Probably the best steak I’ve ever had. The Angus fillet was perfect. The cheesecake was also a true great. Service was very friendly and professional. Excellent restaurant

We usually go to the Alton restaurant but we absolutely loved our experience at the Farnham branch last night. As always the food was amazing and the service was great.

Staff were great, gave great service, looked after us throughout. Good selection of meals , food cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend a visit.

Last time we were there the food and service was great. This time it was not as good. Pork belly starter had excessive unrendered fat, mash on main course was very salty and clearly over cooked in a microwave. Didn't bother with dessert.

They like to send you offers abd vouchers but speak to you as though you're a problem if you want to use them. I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable using my birthday voucher. Not friendly, no happy birthday, no apology for the fact they messed up the voucher, just an awkward conversation that left kd feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable despite them honouring the voucher after questioning me

chaotic, staff rushing around, Undercooked steak , missed courses from Autumn menu. They had taken too many walk-ins so there was a long queue in the middle of the restaurant.

We ordered your signature steak Tomahawk, but table is too small for two people. I spilled my wine glass and almost felled off. Other than that all is excellent.

The food was OK, though I would have preferred a grilled chicken breast instead of the breaded and fried chicken I received. My wife's minute steak was fine. My son's chicken burger was again breaded and fried chicken, somewhat overcooked at the thinner end. Accompaniments were somewhat lacking.l, though the chips were good. It could have been a better experience, with slow service and a noisy environment.

Absolutely lovely experience. Friendly, efficient staff, everything timed to perfection. Food was amazing, service amazing. Absolutely no faults found. Excellent experience for service and food. Will definitely be coming again.

Staff were very attentive and friendly. It was very busy, which made it quite noisy but the atmosphere was nice. The tables were quite close together which made us feel a little uncomfortable. Food was delicious.
