Nice Sunday roast. Great location especially for a dog walk

The staff, food and just general feel to this pub is fantastic and 100% we will be going back. They have lots of themed nights that appeal to us and the camping/glamping we will definitely give a go. Not many places get it this right!!!!

Unfortunately we were running late and got a phone call to say the next available table wasn’t for another few hours so didn’t end up going. Great place to eat and go for a few drinks that’s why iv given a good review as will 100% be going again.

Great atmosphere, had to wait a little for our foods, but to be fair it was busy! Food was good and worth the wait. Will definitely be going back soon!

This is a great pub with great service and food. It has a lovely atmosphere but it can be a little too noisy if you are trying to have a conversation.

Lovely pub I had a basic meal but even so I'd only go as far as to say it was alright. Bit dear I thought for what it was. Go back? Wouldn't rush based upon my meal but hope I'm not doing it an injustice

A great place to visit! Fairly easy to get to but nicely tucked away in fantastic countryside. A good selection of food and drinks. Internet access can be issue if you need to book a cab home but there is WiFi and a code is available. Lots of different events run here, including a camping option. Dog and child friendly.

One of our party was vegan and would have liked to see a bit more choice of vegan food for them to choose from.

We stopped in for lunch after a visit to Go-Ape and it was lovely to sit outside in the garden. The food was great value for money and the atmosphere was friendly and inviting. It was busy but not over crowded, perfect. We saw signs about live entertainment there too which we would really like to come back and see as this was a relaxing and enjoyable place to spend a few hours in the afternoon. We will definitely be going back and next time to try the dinner menu because it looks great!

Visited the pub restaurant on the hottest day so far this year and was busy. Lovely pub and location with a band group playing. Food prices good value. We sat outside all evening in the nice gardens & had a pleasant relaxing evening. Unfortunately, we order at 8pm a Baked Melted Camembert to share 30 mins later no show so asked for update & 15 mins later it arrived by not cooked & cold. So that went back. When it did arrive, Yes it was good. As soon as we finished the starter the main arrived which was Chicken & Mushroom Stroganoff &Rice which was very nice and Burger & sides also very nice. The food being served all looked good. Owner was very apologetic I would go back. Graham

Didn't love the chicken satays. They were okay. Sauce wasn't very peanuty and I wouldn't order again. Wrong dish was served for main but was rectified quickly enough

Really enjoyed both the food and the atmosphere. It was a little loud for me, but I guess that's because the other diners are enjoying their meals too!

Great food- freshly made with huge, tasty portions; lovely people and great service; most importantly, a really dog friendly pub! We’ll be back!
