Great would deffo recommend and would deffo visit again l

Good food and service given was great, never left an empty glass

Quality of the food was terrible numerous dishes sent back mains came before starters etc poor all round experience haven g visited the American branch we were really looking forward to going for our daughters birthday

Lovely food, nice and fresh and nice atmosphere, was shocked to have to pay a 12.5% service charge, asked if it could be removed and told it could not as it was on the t&cs on the menu but we had never been given said menu (unlimited wings). Was not aware anywhere could force a service charge but we did enjoy the food.

Went to Hooters Newcastle for the Newcatle game, great service, food was fantastic and plenty of choice for drinks.

Below expectations, robotic service, average food, pricey add ons. Don’t think I’ll be back

Table wasn't ready until after 6.30pm. Staff are completely ran off their feet aswell, so definitely need more staff to be working

Food was terrible. Service was very very slow but they were busy to be fair and they tried to keep us updated
