Hops and Chops Duston serves up exactly what you would expect – hoppy pints of beer and excellent chops of meat on Kent Road not far from Northampton. This cool new joint is modelled on an old chophouses which date back to the late 1600s, where individual servings of meat went by the name ‘chops’. With a fresh and modern take on the original chophouse setup, the skilled team at Hops and Chops cook their meat over charcoal and wood with incredible results. Offering everything from dry-aged steaks and pasta dishes, to cheese plates, craft beers and gin – this is one awesome spot! But be warned, advance booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
