Great food, great atmosphere, fantastic service. Food arrived fairly quickly, it was very tasty and we will definitely be back for more!!

Fantastic service starting with the warm welcome as we walked in off the street. As for the gentleman who served us all evening, he was superb. A happy jolly soul who clearly loves his job.

Great food, very friendly staff and good prices. Very impressed they allowed the dog to come too, who was also very pleased with the tiny morsel of food she managed to prise from us for good behaviour.

Ordered mac and cheese for our baby , when our food arrived there was no sign of the mac and cheese . The Waiter ( the manager I think ) went to sort the order and came back with Mac and Cheese straight from the microwave and warned us that the dish containing the food was 'piping hot' The baby is only 18 months old - what idiot would think its ok to offer food in a dish that is piping hot to a 18 month baby Apart from the fact that the dish was late and served in dish that was piping hot that wasnt t enough …. because the food had been blasted in the microwave it was horrible and very rubbery Extremely poor service and very dangerous -beware fellow diners

Quick service and lovely food. Shame about the phone call afterwards accusing my party of leaving without paying. When I returned their call to advise payment showing on my internet banking they admitted their error ( despite it not being busy the waitress didn’t recall me paying). Shame they didn’t have the courtesy to call and apologise once they’d realised. Being accused of leaving without paying does not lend itself to a return visit.

Hi went for lunch today ( 28-12-19 ) and had somewhat mixed feelings about our overall experience. It was a nice friendly atmosphere, and we were greeted very welcomingly. The staff were happy and friendly, but not quite up to speed. We ordered a chicken shish, pit burger and mother clucking fries, which when served were almost cold, and the value for money was a little disappointing, in particular the fries at £ 7.50 for a small bowl of fries. We specified that the chicken shish not be served with the hot chilli sauce, or be spicy, but this did not seem the case.

Eaten here before. Always have great food and atmosphere is good.

We had a very pleasant lunch. The atmosphere was great and the staff were all really friendly and accommodating. I'm sure we will be back again soon!

Great service and good food. I especially enjoyed the mulled drinks.

Took 15 minutes to bring drinks over when ordered, food took nearly an hour to come out & wasn’t overly hot, never came back to check in, collected plates then didn’t bother to return! Terrible service for not even a busy night! God knows how they cope at the weekend!

The staff were great, our request for no added salt on one meal was accommodated without an issue (which sadly is still unusual) and the food was absolutely lush. Will be visiting again soon! 👍

Food was really nice. Staff really friendly. Customers were being cramped into one area though.

Disappointed that some of the items that where on the menu last time we visited where no longer there. & server could of been bit quicker. How ever meals were very nice.
