About Zakiyas

Dear diners, please be aware that it is possible to bring your own alcoholic beverages to the restaurant for no extra cost.

Romford’s Zakiyas Indian Cuisine is passionate about two things: sourcing the highest quality British ingredients available and then turning them into fantastic plates of Indian food to serve to you. Simple, hey? Everything from the meat to the fish to the veg is sourced by Zakiyas Indian Cuisine from artisan London suppliers and the whole process is kept as environmentally friendly as possible. The result is one of the most enjoyable dining experiences in Romford and some of the best Indian fare anywhere in London. On Collier Row Road, this restaurant is relaxed and every guest is made to feel special. Zakiyas Indian Cuisine is, quite simply, as good as Indian dining in London gets.

My wife and I have known this restaurant for several years. It was a steak restaurant for several years and now a "Curry house". The staff are friendly and attentive and the menu is informative. If you like having alcohol with your meal you can easily lower the total cost because this is a BYO place. The menu formula is similar to most others. Internet information about it is confusing but they know that and I think they will try to resolve it as part of the responsibility for that is with Trip Advisor, according to the manager.

The food was delicious and the service was great even though it was Valentine's day and clearly very busy. We would definitely go here again!
