Great value and taste.. As far as Korean food goes it's one of the best options out there. You can also get a haircut too.

My favourite korean! Although, we sat where the hair salon would normally be and found it a little unhygienic. There was also water dripping down from the ceiling every 5 mins on to my boyfriend which was quite annoying. Having said all of this the main room is great and it is still my favourite Korean. Quirky and cool- 6 definitely for food!

Good value, especially when you factor in the BYO. Also an interesting, cool little space with young friendly staff but a few of the dishes lack finesse. Disappointing kimchi but great Bi Bim Bap, albeit a bit stingy on the meat.

I love this place, we go often. It's perfect for a quick dinner or lunch, it's very reasonably priced and serves excellent Korean food. BYOB an added bonus if you'd like a drink.

Best little Korean cafe in east London. Loving it. Online table reservation. Quick and efficient service. Accommodating staff in dealing with latecomers. Quirky and lid back. Unpretentious

Great food and atmosphere, one of my favourite restaurants. Their chilli sauce is so good, and BYOB is very handy. Prices highly reasonable for London.

its always good! However, was not as spicy as It is usually. bibimbap is ace, kimchi stew is incredible. love it love it love it

Delicious and authentic Korean food - beef Bibimbap served in a stone bowl is my favourite, plus some spicy Kimchi on the side. The dinner menu is remarkably affordable, especially as you may bring your own beer/wine. You can even get a haircut here during the day!

Loved it! The food was incredible (never tried Korean before) and the waiters were friendly and very fast to react. Too bad it closes so early, we could have spent a wonderful long evening there!

I had samgyopsal which is pan fried pork. I was quite disappointed by the food compare to the last time I visited the restaurant. The portion was too small and onion was not cocked. Pork had no taste. And Very greasy. It was not Korean food at all except kimchi. I didn't expect them to serve proper Korean food as it's in London but still their food was lower than average of Korean restaurant in London. I'm not going back again. But the restaurant might be good if you just want to eat as tapas style as you can bring your own bottle. But it doesn't full fill your stomach.

Really good atmosphere and some dishes were good. The mackerel was a bit small and the spicy rice cakes were only OK.

Excellent, authentic and efficient. The food came out really fast and was exceptionally fresh. The only problem I had was I didn't realise it was BYO as it is not listed on the website, but other than that everything was fantastic.

The Restaurant is great and quirky and has a good atmosphere. The service was pretty good too. However trying to book was almost impossible when you ring the restaurant you are given a mobile number to call (which isn't on the website) and told to text your reservation to it. I waited 3 hours and never received a confirmation so I ended up using the online booking system. The food was not great either and I was informed only upon arrival it was BYOB, so had to dash out to a corner shop. Simple things that could be easily fixed.

One of the best Korean in London if not the best! Friendly staff, great taste, no artificial flavours! The homemade kimchi is delicious!! I higly recommend this place:)

Hurwundeki is one of my favourite places in the area. Quick, great and cheap food perfect for lunch (go for the lunch deal!). It's got a cool, quirky vibe to it, definitely not your normal restaurant as it has a barber shop there too - highly recommended!
