When we arrived we were told that half the menu was unavailable due to staff shortages, but what we had was very good. They should have told us beforehand them we could have found another restaurant.

We've been a number of times and their lack of a chef and a restricted menu is a problem. Don't think we'll go back until the full menu is restored and some of the staff could crack a smile.

All the dishes were so so tasty, apart from the Vongole which was disappointing, sadly. Otherwise it was a great evening and the whole family enjoyed it.

Service was friendly and the food was delicious. Garlic bread and tiramisu in particular were excellent. Overall a wonderful experience and we hope to return on our next trip to London.

Viccino is fantastic! Their food is delicious! They have great pastas, fish and meats. Their desserts are very indulgent!!! The staff are attentive, friendly and efficient. We have been going here for several years and usually go every Sunday with our 2 young children who also love it! They are very laid back with the noise and mess we create! I HIGHLY recommend for lunch or dinner!!!

The food, service and atmosphere were excellent. I intend going back there and would seriously recommend Vicino to others. We were taken to our table and were introduced personally to the waiters attending us. We had a wonderful evening.

I went today with my in laws and children and we had pasta and ravioli; everything was very good! The service was also good and children welcome!

We have been going to Vicino regularly for nearly 20 years. Great food, great atmosphere and friendly and professional staff. Also, a very well chosen and reasonable wine list.

Lovely service from professional and efficient waiters. We felt the food was tasty and well presented, although rather stingy on some fresh ingredients eg. Steamed asparagus at £7.50 with only 4 stalks. Linguine with prawns and cherry tomatoes at £11.50 had 2 half pieces of cherry tomato. Will give it another go though as service and atmosphere were good.
