Safa Platter
A mix of chicken tikka, lmab tikka, seekh kebab, onion bhajee, vegetable samosa & spicy tandoori wings. (serves two people)
Meat Samosa
A light Indian pastry parcel stuffed with delicately spiced mince lamb
Chicken Chaat
Strips of chicken lightly spiced in a tnagy sauce. Serve in a crisp Safa bread basket.
Mains
Bhuna
This is a gently spiced yet zingy curry. Fresh onions, peppers and tomatoes are cooked with lots of ginger, garlic and our secret blend of spices. (chicken)
Dopiaza
Dopiaza menas 'double onions'. They're cooked for ages and then fresher ones are added near the end. There's also lots of coriander and tomato. (lamb)
Kashmir
Delicately flavoured, cooked with fruits. Mild and creamy, a little sweet, with coconut. (vegetable)

Rasmalai
Indian cottage cheese are cooked in sugar syrup and dunked in sweetened thick condensed milk its creamy consistency
Cheesecake
The flavour changes but it will always be light and fluffy. You can have cream or ice-cream with it.
Kulfi
This is the Indian version of ice-cream. We make ours creamy and fragrant with mangoes.
