Popped in for some lunch yesterday for the first time. I had the chicken jalfezi lunch bowl, my husband had lamb chops with a side of chips and we shared a tapas dish for starters. It was beautifully presented and tasted delicious! The cricket was on the television, we had a cold beer and felt like we were on holiday!! We’ll definitely be back!!

A wonderful gem of an Indian restaurant in St. Albans. Menu has been carefully planned and thought out to give a broad experience of flavors. The naughty but nice item for me is the cheese naan. Not found one like it anywhere else. Well worth a visit.

The restaurant has a nice, quiet atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful, service was prompt and the food was tasty (and the lunchtime curry bowls are good value for money). Would recommend the house lime and soda and the bespoke gulab jamun cake for dessert.

Good selection of veggie dishes . I had chick pea curry , ok but rather bland not enough veg. in the dish . Lighting could be more subtle , ceiling spots glaring down makes it rather uncomfortable . Friendly service
