This place is quite mediocre. Visited for my birthday meal with friends, thought the menu looked great so we’d give it a try. The service was really slow even though there was hardly anyone in the restaurant when we arrived, they clearly prioritise online orders as there were lots of delivery bags near the counter. One of our starters arrived, and then it took 15/20 minutes for the other 2 starters to arrive. The food was nice but very overpriced for what it was. I wouldn’t bother coming back again or recommend it to be honest.

We visited on a Tuesday evening and it seemed quiet. The wait times were reasonable but the food wasn’t always brought over at the same time so one of us had a starter for five minutes before the other person had theirs. The food was of good quality and it was presented really well.

We visit this restaurant regularly for a special treat, and it never disappoints. One thing my family has noticed is that we always see the same friendly, familiar staff, and they remember us each time. The food is outstanding, and the service is equally exceptional. Nicky often looks after us, and she is always friendly and accommodating. The ambiance is wonderful, making it a perfect place to visit with friends and family. It has truly become our favourite restaurant in Windsor.

The food was good and a great variety. What let the whole experience down was the service. Slow, inattentive servers, the restaurant wasn’t even 1/4 full and it was apparent they were disinterested. The food though was very good. Also didn’t take Amex, which is a minor thing, however in a town such as Windsor with high tourism you would assume that Amex is a must.

Very interesting taste. It’s like made by a bunch of Japanese food lovers but not up to the standard of Japanese state of arts cooking.
