Fabulous food, service, concept, atmosphere! Loved the small screens in the restaurant area where you can watch the meal being assembled. Love that all food and drink is locally sourced and imagination used to find complementary ingredients. The fish (plaice) was cooked to perfection. The stout instead of chocolate was genius and added a whole new dimension to the dessert. Simple ingredients celebrated, with a passionate team running the show. Can’t wait to go back

Great inventive food served as a set menu with options to add more courses and a cheese course along with wine and non alcoholic drink pairings for each course. Small intimate venue so service feels very personal and is a great place for a special occasion.

The chefs tasting menu: a more concise explanation of the drinks would have been better as passion would still come across for the matched alcoholic accompaniment; just felt they came too fast to the table. I liked the tower of cutlery at hand and some good flavours cuisine overall was good quality. Fine dining, probably not with two items of chipped tableware along the way. A concessionary reduction to the bill was generously offered as some drinks were not so well balanced to our taste, which was kindly considerate. Couldn't help feeling the team was young and enthusiastic but had a way to go to reach new heights offering something really special.

Very tasty food- complimentary and unusual flavours which really worked. Every course and parts of them obviously were the result of many stages of making and thoughtful combinations of ingredients AND all locally sourced. Friendly and informative service (from all the different chefs and front of house staff) including opportunity to see how dishes are put together.

Food was excellent, and were accommodating when partner said didn’t like cucumber. The wine pairings with tasting menu were superb. All in all a fab experience. Would highly recommend going.
