Crunchy Vegetables Chimichangas
It's not a dance - please remain in your seat! A chimi is a large flour tortilla wrapped around one of our specialty fillings deep fried until golden brown, smothered with guacamole, salsa and sour cream. Served with Mexican rice and cheese topped refritos.

A traditional Mexican country meal. A large leg of lamb (shank) slow roasted in the oven, braised in a rich chilli sauce with a hint of sweetness, served on a bed of seasonal roasted vegetables.
