Crunchy Vegetables Chimichangas
It's not a dance - please remain in your seat! A chimi is a large flour tortilla wrapped around one of our specialty fillings deep fried until golden brown, smothered with guacamole, salsa and sour cream. Served with Mexican rice and cheese topped refritos.
Lamb Birria
A traditional Mexican country meal. A large leg of lamb (shank) slow roasted in the oven, braised in a rich chilli sauce with a hint of sweetness, served on a bed of seasonal roasted vegetables.

A boneless chicken breast coated with spicy jerk seasoning, char grilled, served on a bed of coconut and chili stir-fry vegetable and Caribbean rice.

Two peppers, stuffed with a traditional vegetable tagine and drizzled with home made harisa sauce served on a bed of Moroccan cous cous.
Manhattan Scampi
Breaded whole tail scampi fried until golden brown served with tartare sauce, a salad garnish and a choice of potatoes.
