Kassap of Liverpool is a Turkish-style meat house that serves only the finest quality, 100% halal beef in a way that’s damn hard to resist. Chef Bayram Yuce ensures that every cut of beef is aged and dried for 28 days, butchered on site and then paired with only the finest Turkish herbs and locally sourced ingredients. The menu oozes class, but one dish we’d absolutely recommend is the garlic leaf steak served with a lovely Turkish pesto. You’ll find Kassap restaurant on Bold Street in Ropewalks, just a five-minute walk from Lime Street Station and less than one minute Liverpool Central. Reservations are always a good idea.
