Card machine not working, had to go and get cash. Service could have been better. Food good but expensive, 10% service charge added. Need more staff

Food was really nice but what really ruined the experience is lack of flexibility on the menu. We asked to separate the humous from the falafel due to allergi concerns and were told it couldnt be done and it would encur a charge,we asked if they could just bring the falafel out on the side of the humous instead of being dipped in..but no,that was a problem for the staff...again we asked to swap the rice for frice on the main dish and were told no it cant be done..alot of turkish/mediteranian restaurants are flexible..especially when it comes to allergi concerns..yet Kayra staff seemed to want to stick to the menu. For the food id give it 7/10 but i dont think its a place we'll go too often due to lack of flexibility

Friday night and the restaurant was half full (it was early in the evening) Great food, good service. Excellent all round. We definitely will return

Very nice location and lovely decor. Overall ambience pleasing. Good selection of vegetarian food and good service. Was very quiet on Sunday. Different taste to Turkish food we have eaten elsewhere

Disaster! We left after waiting nearly half an hour for some / any service. Big No-no to sit down in a Turkish restaurant and not have at least some bread, salad bits and a cold meze to occupy the clientele while waiting to order. Not even some cold water brought to us and certainly no waiting staff seemed the slightest bit interested that we were even there. We could see they were very busy cooking in the kitchen but no around us had any food delivered to the table. Obviously something was badly wrong. It's not as if it was a surprise that a party of 4 arrived at 19.30 - I'd booked several days in advance. The staff seemed to preoccupied with the technical gadgetry than making their customers feel welcome. We did say why we were leaving but the guy at the till didn't make any effort to apologise. Don't get a second chance from us. We went and had a great fish'n'chips elsewhere instead.

Lovely evening at Kayra. Staff very attentive and helpful in choosing dishes as some of the group were unfamiliar with Turkish food. All the food was really delicious. Will definitely return.

Amazing food and service! Everything was so tasty and the staff were very accommodating. I would definately recommended it to anybody looking for a decent Turkish

The ambience, staff and manager were very friendly. Service was good. We enjoyed our dishes apart from the lamb main courses and prawn starters which were not too our personal liking as we felt it was not seasoned and extremely bland in flavour. The rest of of the dishes were lovely.

Very enjoyable, great food and great hospitality. As it was New Year's Eve the restaurant had laid on some entertainment which we enjoyed and didn't notice the the time move on so quickly.

We had a great time at Kayra tonight, the food was delicious and the service was excellent. It was a little expensive, but as this was a treat for New Year’s Eve, it was worth the extra money. We really enjoyed the belly dancing too, which was a nice touch! Will definitely visit again and recommend to our friends.

Really great resturent . We took friends and it was their first time. They both said they would go back . Must get the smell in the loos sorted though !

Amazing food. We had 4 starters to share and all very tasty and good portion size. I had "Hunkar begendi" and it was excellent, best one i had so far in England. Service was excellent, the guys were switched on and friendly. We'll definitely be back. Keep up the good work Kayra!

Reliably good food, attentive host, no complaints when we stayed very late! Good atmosphere for mid week though it does get a bit loud at weekends

Thia was my first time here. Nice food friendly staff and quick service l. My boys loved the bread that came with the starters and we asked for more with the mains!! I will definitely recommend it!!

Food was absolutely excellent. Service was excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. Attentive but not intrusive. Atmosphere is pleasant. Would definitely highly recommend this restaurant.

Great Food, great service. Starters were very good and portions fairly generous. Only the lamb chops were a little bit tough/overcooked. Staff were very friendy. Very good overall, would recommend.

Overpriced and service was very slow and unsatisfactory. Ordered drinks, the waiter forgot and had to he reminded, then asked for a straw and the waiter forgot until reminded. Ordered a large portion of bulgur and a small came! I would not go back. Food is not worth going back for.
