Kua ‘Aina Goodge Street is one in a family of legendary Hawaiian burger and sandwich joints that began on the famous North Shore in actual Hawaii, way back in 1975. These days you’ll find two Kua ‘Aina restaurants in London and this one on Goodge Street in Fitzrovia means signature burgers like Da Big Chief (avocado, bacon and cheese) and the seared ahi tuna sandwich. Everything is cooked on a lava grill and done fresh to order, of course. Not world-famous by accident, you’ll find Kua ‘Aina London right by Goodge Street Underground where we recommend arriving with an advanced reservation in your pocket. Aloha!
Our Hawaiian experience was great on this cold London day. The staff were friendly and honest. The food was great all around, I would recommend the PulledPork + Hamburger, and the chilli fries. A great twist to the new patch of gourmet hamburger shops around the area.
Food is delicious- especially the pancakes. Every so often I nag my partner enough so he takes me, as a Canadian I go into pancake withdrawal!
