Given the current climate surrounding COVID-19, many authorities are placing restrictions on social gatherings. In the best interest of everyone’s safety, we are continuously updating the availability of our partner restaurants to reflect these measures. We encourage people to still support the restaurant industry in other ways.Learn how
Tucked away on St Marks Road in Bristol’s Easton, close to Stapleton Road station, you’ll find a little piece of North Africa in the form of La Casbah. At this cosy restaurant you can feast on homestyle Moroccan and Mediterranean cuisine, with the traditional decor adding to the authentic experience. Tuck into some hearty lamb tajine, some Moroccan chicken (marinated pieces of chicken on the bone, cooked with olives, preserved and mixed spices served with salad and rice or couscous). Moroccan cuisine may be known for its use of succulent, slow-cooked meats but vegetarians won’t need to feel left out either with options like the aloubia (a casserole with cannellini beans cooked in a tomato, garlic and coriander sauce with mixed spices). Book ahead to guarantee a table!
Starters we're not very interesting. Main course of sweet chicken much better. Friendly and efficient service. Cosy and nicely decorated. Good value for money. No corkage charge on your BYO.
The food was amazing as too was the price. We had spicy kofta tagine and lamb tagine with spicy chicken wings and soup to start. Highly recommended.
Fish cakes, Moroccan Lamb finished off with almond cake and ice-cream. All delicious, lovely atmosphere, great service and excellent value for money, will definitely return.
