The food was ok but the restaurant was freezing cold and the staff didn’t seem to care when we told them Won’t be going back

Waited a long time for our pre-dinner drinks. Our starters arrived before our cocktails. Wrong dishes were brought to us. Then taken to another table. Lizzie was very efficient and interacted with diners. Liqueur coffee was spilt over my clothes, coat and mobile phone!! My first visit and we were disappointed on all fronts!!

In the past we have had better choices of food and quality

We had a lovely meal. Everything was very tasty, and the portions were a good size and nice and hot. The staff were great, they were friendly and helpful and the service was excellent. I would recommend La Meridiana to anyone.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Beautifully presented and cooked freshly to order. Service was great, there was no hassle, just plenty of time to relax and enjoy our meal.

Lovely place and excellent food. Service a little haphazard, possibly due to there only being two waiters, one of whom was a very nice young lady who didn't really know much (maybe her first day). She didn't know what the wines were, didn't take away unwanted wine glasses and not a good idea to have long hair dangling down the front when serving food. But she was immaculately turned out. Overall we had a very good time and will certainly return.

The new partner was coming round and speaking to people to check things which I was impressed with. The restaurant was busier than I have seen it for a long time.

Very cool temperature Roast meal came plated with very thick gravy on top hiding beef that was thick and not rare as ordered Parsnips hard. Sprouts and potatoes as well Food went cold quickly due to cold plates and cold air draught Told waitress. No apology Other staff friendly Will not be rushing back Shame as am looking for family gathering venue as well later this year

Very much enjoyed it. Would have rated higher except they did not look at reservation and pay attention to notes, of food allergies and celebration.

The food was wonderful, as usual, but it was a bit noisy tonight since there was a large party of other diners. But when everyone settled down to their lovely food, the ambience was restored. The waiters were kindly and efficient. This is definitely one of our favourite restaurants.

The food was very good, I had the liver, I didn’t read the menu properly, I should have ordered vegetables, it was accompanied with mashed potatoes only ! My friend had the fish which was excellent and nicely presented. A charming young man was our waiter, we had excellent service, I would willingly recommend to friends.

Very good service and the food was delicious. Pity price has gone up.

Beautiful restaurant. Took my husband for Father's days with the children's the staff were attentive, looked after us very well. The menu catered for all tastes and the food was delicious, we will def be going back.
