La Terraza

I went with 2 friends to this lovely restaurant. The atmosphere was like being on holiday. The staff were very welcoming and helped us choose the wine. We chose a selection of tapas, both meat, fish and vegetarian. They were all delicious and generous portions. We chatted and ate and eventually ate all the food. The red wine complemented the food. We finished with coffee. Would recommend the restaurant and we will definitely be back

Very good portions but one thing don't agree with is service charge should be up to me what I choose to leave but food very tasty

I have eaten at La Terraza several times and the food is always good. It was busy on this occasion but it was a Saturday evening so to be expected. The service was good too and the only complaint is that when it is busy the noise level is high.

Great place, great food and amazing service. It was an Outstanding experience. I recommend the place, and thre is no doubt that I will visit this restaurant again.

Absolutely fantastic food and service, this is the third time i've been to this restaurant in as many months and would highly recommend it to anyone.

La Terraza totally lived up to our expectations. The food was absolutely delicious and there was a great atmosphere. We would highly recommend a visit.

Very patient staff in regard to toddlers. Food always excellent. Best to go early When accompanied by youngsters. Menu does not seem to change much.

This restaurant has a great and delicious selection of tapas, main meals and desserts. The room is light and airy and the tables are not too close together. The waiters are very attentive and have a joke with you and explain anything you want. The quality of the food is very good and if like me you do not always eat everything, they do have takeways bags available. A great place for celebrations or a family Sunday lunch.

Excellent meal from an extensive menu and very attentive service. We were delighted with all aspects of our visit and at a reasonable price. We've been before, and will be back.

This used to be a buzzing restaurant with fabulous, authentic tapas..... Oh dear I use the word 'used' We had a variety of dishes, the calamari & whitebait were soggy, not crisp. There was next to no aubergine in the aubergine gratin. The crab claw dish resembled something from the freezer cabinet of Iceland & the meatballs, were ghastly, smooth meat slurry type consistence in a nasty white sauce.... What on earth has happened? Its a crying shame and it needs addressing fast. Incredibly disappointing visit. The service & wine were good though, as always

Very good value. Generous portions, friendly and efficient service. The house wines were excellent if you just want a glass or two. The restaurant has its own car park.

Excellent restaurant. Great service, great food - fun place for a get together! Menu is fab, from tapas to skate to steaks etc. What more could one want?

A very good meal. Tapas gives you so much choice and people can share and try new things. A nice lively restaurant with good service.

The food was cold & not particularly tasty, the service was unfriendly & we generally had a poor experience. Will not be going back again.

We loved this restaurant. It is close to our house, and we absolutely love going there. The food and service are great. We like to order a variety of tapas. We are still working through the list. Come try it out. You will NOT be disappointed!

Had a girlie night out and were well looked after. The menu is superb with lots of choice and the food was gorgeous. Will definitely recommend it to friends

Ate here mid July 2016 on a Tue evening, table for 3. Food was good, but the service was very slow and they kept forgetting our order, and even left the drinks sitting at the bar for ages before bringing them over. I'd go here again for the food. Service was added to the bill I noticed as well.

it is the second time I have eaten at la terraza Walton on thames the food was yet again excellent as was the service. I have recommended it to a lot of my friends.

The food was great. The portions were much larger than we expected. I particularly liked the bacon wrapped scallops and the prawn tapas with the garlic and chili sauce.

Lovely staff and the food was great! Great restaurant to have a party, good atmosphere, would be great in the summer as you can sit outside, would definitely go back!

Lovely welcoming staff, great food. Well worth a visit. Tapas delicious. tables around the side of the room are better if you are with a party as it can be a little noisy if you are seated in the middle of the restaurant.

As usual the food was great and the service very friendly and attentive. Always a pleasure to have a nice weekend lunch in this restaurant

Excellent food friendly service. The Paisley marine was exellent, not to mention the lobster starter. What more you want? Perhaps the waiters could be more understanding like when you order paella for two , it useful to have plate to get a portion out of the dish. But no problem , if you don't ask, you don't get.

Excellent meals, we shared the starter as we know of our past experience the size of the starter and main meal. The baked see as was excellent , my partner find her skate salty, the waiter changed the meal without further discussion. I finished with lemon tart and a coffe. Our experience excellent as before

great atmosphere and a very warm welcome on arrival. The Sangria is amazing and the food was of a very good standard and delivered to our table in a really timely fashion. Will be back!

The restaurant is pleasant and the food and service were good.

Have eaten here many times, the menu has so much choice of really good Tapas and main meals. Desert menu a bit poor, but when we saw the new addition of CHURROS we ordered three lots but were disappointed to be told that did not have any. Why show a new choice then not source it to be sold?

Very good food excellent service . Great value, as a party of four, 10 tapas dishes was plenty. Have recommended this restaurant to friends and family

Friendly, competent staff - busy and popular restaurant. Would certainly go again - lovely main courses - we had Tapas and delicious deserts. Parking nearby.

Very good food and enjoyable atmosphere however a little loud so could not enjoy a conversation with our dinner. Tried the Monkfish for the first time and found it delicious

The most authentic Spanish Tapas restaurant in Surrey. Efficient & friendly. Considering it was a very busy Mother's day, there wasn't a single problem. I've been to many other restaurants on a Mother's day & there have been plenty of problems but here, all credit to all the staff. Thank you for an excellent experience and "I'll be back"!

Great ambience, good service, attentive but not overbearing and super food all makes for a great experience.

We went for tapas. the dishes were poor- from bright orange oven baked calamari to meat dishes swimming in bland gravy. The service wasn't much better with mumbling staff who insisted on serving our tapas as two courses. Would definitely not recommend nor go there again.

Nice atmosphere, good service and excellent food. Would definitely come visit again.
