Wonderful place, food was great and music fed our souls at the same time
We had such an amazing time! Exceptional service and brilliant music!
Good unfussy brasserie-style cooking in a charming setting. I look forward to music restarting
Super cosy, good food, great live music, friendly service. This place has everything.
Excellent venue for a Saturday night, great food, great music but not at all intrusive, throughly enjoyable evening!!
Not a great experience. Place was next to empty. The restaurant itself and the music was good. The lady who treated us acted like she couldn’t care less about our visit. The starter we had was very good, as well as the wine. But the main course (sea bass) was dreadful. Full of scales and bones, no flavour. When I told the waitress about the scales and bones she didn’t care less and said ‘sorry about that’ with no sympathy, she also offered nothing to make up for it. She asked if we wanted another drink after seeing my glass was empty. But nothing to compensate for the pr food. After this treatment I was tempted to walk out without paying. We soon got the bill and left. The lads playing the music were great and cared about their customers. Feel sorry for them as they have to play in empty restaurants - probably due to the poor food and customer service.
We went to see the Flamenco show, which was very entertaining. We liked seeing a s show and enjoying a good dinner with it. We appreciate the effort made by the staff to accommodate the artist and to make it an enjoyable evening
Hell. The musician didn't show up. So they got an accordian player to come, very late-- tho still charged full cover for music. The guy PINNED us up against the corner we were sitting in, and blasted us, specifically with at least 10 songs, maybe more. Endless. My ears hurt so bad. Gave me a migraine. Would. Not. Stop. Somehow escaped. Seriously, my worst nightmare experience of any place I've ever been, anywhere. Oh, and food was sooooo very meh.
Great atmosphere and food. The staff were really nice. A bit expensive but a good experience.
The place was nice and the food very good as well. But It was a little bit expensive for 2 people. We just have one main each and one starter for share. But they change 12,5% service plus 12 pounds apart from the music band. We paid nearly 100 pounds 2 people.
Loved it at this restaurant. It had good live music, ambience, great service and excellent house wines. What’s not to like? 😀
Lovely time, unfortunately we came on a quiet day and were the the only ones there but it made for a more special atmosphere, we had great service and the musicians were fantastic. The food was amazing except there was something in the banoffee pie that put me off but didn't have the heart to say anything because everything else was perfect and the people are lovely. We will definitely come again, hopefully we will be able to experience it in its full glory when filled with people next time!
We didn’t like being told we had to eat when seated at a table.... there was no other option!! No other seating was available to just enjoy a bottle of wine and live music even though the venue wasn’t busy (Friday Night)
Very happy however our clothes were very much food smelling, a bit inconvenient ......... I suggest a more powerful kitchen extractor and kitchen doors closed and every day keep doors open before service to let fresh air in ..... Thank you
Nice Wine & Buttered Bread. Sorry We had to depart, just as the Musicians were striking up. But We'll be back sooon !!!
