Ir was a quiet lunchtime, my friend and I were told we could choose any table. The waiter was very good and didn’t hurry us, we ordered our food and the we were asked if everything was ok. It certainly was and we sat eating and talking for over an hour and a half. It was a lovely atmosphere.

We all enjoyed our meals the beef was tender and succulent the lamb was melt in your mouth , the staff were friendly and very attentive. The crumble was gorgeous , great atmosphere must book on a Sunday because it’s clearly popular.

Excellent service and a really great lunch. I had the tandoori chicken flat bread, so good to have a change from the usual burgers, fish and chips etc (boring choices in my opinion) Very reasonable prices too. Will definitely return.

The food was fabulous and a truly wonderful vegetarian broccoli dish which was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent, everyone was helpful and friendly. The service was quick and efficient but it also felt that everything was cooked to order so it was hot when it reached the table. Clean plates all round.

For the first time,I was treating family members so I paid the bill. I was about to ask if there was a staff box for tips, when I noticed a service charge already on the bill. I DO NOT LIKE THIS PRACTICE. I tip when I think the service deserves it

Lovely place for a family get together, Service excellent , there were a number of us and we each had a different meal. They even catered for the fussy ones who wanted their meals with no this or no that and there were a few of those. We all had a wonderful time can well recommend this restaurant.

I ordered fish and chips nice food but only 17 chips, so I told a member of staff I thought it was a small portion. Sorry they said and ordered me extra, on arrival there was 4 chips in a bowl. Could not believe what I was seeing. And I did take a photo of the 4 chips. A part from that every thing else was good.
