Levante Pide

I visited Levente with 5 of my girlfriends to celebrate 2 of their Birthdays. We have been here numerous times and as usual, we were warmly greeted and seated straight away. The staff are both attentive and professional. Our drinks, starters and main meals were delicious. I strongly recommend the chicken livers as they are out of this world. Even though we finished our meal, the staff . Didn’t rush us to leave. We really love this restaurant and will definitely be back soon.

What a disappointing experience!! Our reserved table was next to a noisy family table. They left within 10 minutes, only to be replaced by another table of 3 mums and 4 young children. So we had a variety of games being played on laptops and mobile phones, without any effort from the staff to control them. The food was also poor. I love lamb but rarely have it because it can be a bit fatty. I chose a lamb fillet, which I was assured was very lean but it was awful!! Presented more like a thin piece of steak but riddled with fat and I left most of it. Several people in our group had fish dishes and commented on how greasy they were. Finally, half of our party thought they would have ice cream as a dessert. Despite being shown on the menu, the waiter said they had none.......really??? Overall, a real disappointment, especially considering the huge choice of restaurants available in the area. We won't be rushing back!!!

Lovely staff, Excellent food, a bit more costly than your usual kebab place, but worth every penny. Delicious and comes with all the extras

Wonderful friendly staff set in an homely ambience , the food that’s very available is very filling and generous portions for what you pay, it reminds me of going on holiday the food tastes so fresh and is a delight to the eyes. Definitely a place we will be visiting again very soon.

Myself and family visited for fathers day. It was a great dining experience. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Food is delicious, and good size portions. We regularly visit for takeaway food and is amazing.

Food was lovely as always but very rude waiter completely ruined my sister's birthday lunch. I am always polite as i also work with the public. Won't be back. Shame as been going for years.

Food was really nice and lovely and fresh .service unfortunately let it down as waited ages to be served a drink or have food order taken .

We use this restaurant for our special occasion events and have done since it opened. Great venue for wining and dining. The overall ambiance makes it relaxing with the service not overbearing. In any review of this kind the food needs to be mentioned> the Food was to die for. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

We had our Xmas lunch here last year...and came back again this year for more! Not only is their range of food fresh, full of amazing seasoning and flavours, we have generous portion sizes too!! The staff are always fabulous and entertaining. I fully recommend Levant Pide and their sister restaurant in Lewis Grove as they consistently deliver quality food, value for money and a quality customer service standard.

We were a jolly group of 10 who were a bit disorganised and took ages to order because of chatting - but we were looked after splendidly - I think by the manager - we had a delicious meal with speedy service and were in the restaurant for nearly three hours. everything arrived as ordered and there was not one thing which spoiled the event. Thank you. PS This is why we use the Levante Pide - reliability! I cannot rate noise levels as a lot of it was us!

The portion of the meal was a joke. It was better before. Is it still the same owner ? We took a levante special and it wasn’t too much meat.

Once we were shown to our table,nobody came to take our drinks order. After nearly 10 minutes,l had to go up to THEM. Food fantastic.

Lovely food and cocktails and great service. Need more choices on cocktails but they are still nice. I will come again as me and my friends love this place!

Extremely poor. Service terrible. On the evening I had booked the staff were unwelcoming, appeared poorly trained and uninterested in what they were doing. Food disappointing. Would not recommend and I certainly will not be returning.

Amazing service from all that work there, waiters were friendly, cooking staff were also interactive, great food, cocktails were superb! Definitely worth the price. Would certainly recommend to friends and family.

Have been there several times, very good staff and prompt attention. Last visit I think that they were short staffed and service was slow despite being quite empty.... BUT ignoring this the restaurant is very very good.

Lovely place, great atmosphere and very affordable food. Would highly recommend and I will certainly be visiting again - their hummus and falafel was out of this world!

Amazing freshly prepared Turkish food! Priced just right and worth every penny. I've ate at their other restaurant in Lewisham and have been equally in awe of the quality of their food. Staff are great too!

Have been here a few times and will return again no doubt. Reliable food and great value - I particularly like the lahmarcun (Turkish pizza).

We had a lovely afternoon at Levante Pide. We were 15 minutes late arriving I apologised but was told that it was not a problem and not to worry. The waiters were friendly and helpful, and the food was exceptional. I was meeting 3 friends who I have not seen for a while and we were in the restaurant from 1245 - 1500, although we had finished our food and drinks, we were not rushed or felt obliged to leave. Overall a lovely afternoon was had by us all.

Well....the food is perfect. Well cooked and quickly served. But the seating is very cramped and awkward. My rating is for the food. Very good

The restaurant is very well laid out. Lovely decor. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious and was sufficient. We had to take some away with us and this was not an issue for the staff. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Excellent food. lahmaçun, flatbreads boregi all exemplary. Service efficient but could be a little warmer. They phoned us midway through our meal to ask if we were coming - weird!

I love this restaurant. The staff are always polite and show excellent customer service. i booked for a large party of friends and family for my children's christening the food was excellent! Always fresh, full flavoured, great authentic cuisine. Favourites are the Lachmacun Turkish pizza, chicken shish and the lamb chops!

Overall, it was a nice experience. The food was nice but the service needs improvement. The staff needs to communicate more and work more as a team.
