We both had a steak with a cream peppercorn and brandy sauce, which were cooked to perfection the space was fabulous , the vegetables perfectly cooked and the service was both friendly and efficient. We had gone to rest the place out with a view to having a family occasion there, we booked for a party of 10 based on what we saw and what we had. The owner has promised us he will make us a tiramisu for our party. We love this restaurant.
Food is top quality and the staff there are very friendly and welcoming. Fastly become our favourite restaurant in Sale. Value is terrific as well, 2 course meal and bottle of wine for 2 for under £50!
The tastiest food in Sale in my opinion! All the staff are lovely & very welcoming. It's always mine & my partner's go-to restaurant for date night :)
Amazing atmosphere with great service from the staff. The meal was exquisite and I would recommend this restaurant as it offers a romantic scenery for couples :)
Great food and great service . we had the early bird menu which was excellent value for money We will certainly be back again soon
Delicious meal, well presented. Excellent service. The mains of sea bass and swordfish were perfectly cooked. Our. First visit which I am sure will be repeated. We have already recommended it to family and friends.
Fantastic food, great service from pleasant and helpful staff. An overall excellent evening enjoyed by by all in our party. Would definitely recommend a visit
Staff at Linguine were friendly and welcoming as usual and our meals lived up to our expectations. We will no doubt be visiting Linguine again, and would be happy to recommend this Italian restaurant to our friends and family.
Food was excellent and, service (at the table) prompt and efficient. Portion size sensible and not too large. However, seating arrangements not satisfactory. Seated next to entrance door with draft blowing in...however door needed to be open as it was a very warm evening and no 'air con'...thus other customers having to fan themselves to keep cool. We booked about 6 weeks ago and told, on arrival, we had to sit next to the door as no other table available........which of course from the customer perspective is not acceptable. Being seated so close to the entrance (against the entrance door) is not a welcoming approach from the management. Finally, in trying to pack the restaurant so full, customers were almost wedged into seats. Thus, in summary, as far as 'the meal experience' is concerned.... the manager/owner needs to consider comfort of customers....just as much as the food itself. Restaurant dining is not solely about the food, but the whole dining experience.
The whole experience was very good. The service was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful even explaining the differences between the different bottles of grappa !! The food was good and we went away happy
