You receive a warm welcome. The food is consistently good and well presented. The early evening menu is great value. The staff are friendly and attentive.

Great evening the staff were lovely and the food was excellent, ideally located in centre of Shirley, average prices and a great selection, a real feel of Italy

If you want proper Italian food this is the place to be excellent food and very friendly service what more could you ask for in a night out with family or friends

Good food, gentle service and very comfortable surroundings. It was nice to hear Italian chatter from the kitchen. We will come back to try some other things off the menu.

Our party of 6 had a very enjoyable evening. The Manager gave full details of the specials and was very attentive. The food was well presented and delicious.

Had a wonderful night again at Little Italy celebrating Daughter's 23rd Birthday. Food was brilliant, as always, and the staff were very attentive. Even put some candles on her dessert! Would highly recommend.

Gr8 food, gr8 staff, gr8 ambience. Enabled celebration of my wife's 76th birthday at a very reasonable cost. Also well located, with excellent, convenient parking!

this was our favourite restaurant but we now wont be going back..food has gone from excellant to ok, staff that dont speak english...and the once almost jovial atmosphere has disappeared completely ..

Great food & good choice, reasonabley priced. Staff very friendly & attentive.... only criticism is that it lacks bit of atmosphere, but it was very quiet the night we went .

Was first time eating here, the staff were ery accomadating especially as there were two gluten frees, and the meal itself was alovely best meal i have had out for a very long time would definatly return.

We had a wonderful evening, it was a friends birthday and my husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we could not have picked a better place. The atmosphere, the food and the pleasant staff were all tip top. We have been to Little Italy before and have never come away feeling disappointed and this time it was even better, we will be going there again. Our friends who have not been there before have said they will also be returning quite soon. Many thanks to the staff for making it such an enjoyable night.

Great service, great food. It was a Saturday Evening. There were 14 of us and even though the restaurant was busy we did not have to wait long for any of our courses. The staff were all very friendly, professional and helpful. Would highly recomrecommend.

Really nice independent Italian restaurant in the suburbs of Birmingham. If you’re in the Solihull area, this is a must go to with plenty of choices for starter, main and dessert. Very clean and fresh and service with a smile.

I visited little Italy at the weekend and ordered lobster linguine which was absolutely delicious. My husband had lamb cutlets and wasn’t as happy with his choice. We also had cocktails and deserts that were very nice, although I did feel the cocktails could be a little cheaper at £9 each. Over all staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was nice. I would definitely return.

Second visit took family food very good staff very friendly. Tried a new fish pasta which I would recommend. Restaurant was packed by the time we left which is a good sign.

Excellent food and brilliant service combined with cheap prices. Would recommend this place to anyone. The staff were excellent too just the right amount of service.

Authentic Italian cuisine... clean and elegantly presented restaurant, with crisp white linen tablecloths, and romantic candles flickering on each table. Friendly, smiling staff, patient and helpful with menu choices. A pizza order was met with a cutlery change, to ensure a pizza knife for good cutting-slicing. Rustic pizza, just like in Italy (no added sugar like at other “chain” restaurants), with generous toppings (more generous than other “chain” pizza restaurants). Good quality Italian wine, and the owner-manager Leonardo made time to have a brief chat with the diners to make sure everything was satisfactory. If my only gripe was the stones missing from the olives, then what else can I say? For “real” authentic Italian food, sensibly priced, in a warm, friendly restaurant, look no further!

The restaurant was very busy but we still had an excellent meal all served at a pace that suited us. very much looking forward to next time.

What a wonderful place. Manager & staff couldn’t do enough for us. Had my sisters 50th there. They made it fantastic evening. Would highly recommend.

Great staff - very welcoming - had the Groupon meal and it was really good and good value for money. Enjoyed it. Will be going back.
