Lucky Khao in Brighton is not your average Thai restaurant. The menu here is split into beer snacks, fish and salad, BBQ and curries. There are thai favourites, but also loads of options for the more adventurous, like wagyu tongue, grilled ox heart or crispy pigs ears. Whatever you order, the food is authentic Northern Thai, so expect smokey and spicy flavours. Lucky Khao is modern and hip, with neon lighting, plants hanging from the ceiling and an open kitchen cranking up the hipster vibes. Seriously, few restaurants in Brighton look this good! As if that wasn’t enough, there’s a two-for-one cocktail happy hour everyday!

First time diners here but we will definitely be back! We had the “Octoberbest” menu which was amazing. Can’t believe the amount of food we got for £20. Mikes chicken wings were the best I’ve ever had! The restaurant itself has quirky decor and the service was fab too.
Great fresh food with a nice kick in a vibrant setting. Good little sharing plates with so much flavour.
