Great food. Reservation was a must as the restaurant was crowded. All of us enjoyed our food--and portions were more than generous. I would recommend this restaurant to others.

Reserved a table for pre theatre meal but was presented with al la carte and had to ask for the pre theatre menu. Service was very rushed and not at all friendlyl. Nobody checked if meal was ok(it was delicious) and didn't feel it was a relaxed and enjoyable visit.

This was my second time visiting this lovely restaurant which is situated close to charring cross station. I was not disappointed. The food is modern Mediterranean and delicious. The service was quick and the staff were attentive and delightful. I highly recommend booking in advance, especially if you’re planning on eating pre-theatre, as we were seated at 5:30pm and by 6pm the restaurant was very busy. Overall I really enjoyed eating at this restaurant.

Food always delicious. Good location for theatre visits. Tables close together so it is pretty noisy when busy. We booked a table for the busy time of 6pm, which was wise.

Pizza not good but a gesture was made. In addition the service was too fast, no time to enjoy.

Good quality food. Only weakness is, as always, that the staff are charming but never see you. You have to stand and wave to get their attention. Otherwise, good.

Main course awful, hard overcooked tiny bits of calves liver, completely overrun with a very sweet sauce, I ate mine but my friend left here's. They did take her main off the bill, but they should not serve such awful stuff.

Busy yet relax restaurant, cocktails were lovely food was delicious and for inner London very reasonably priced, will be returning

I love the food at L'ulivo, but the service was slow and I had just taken the last mouthful of my meal and was still chewing and the waitress was asking to take my plate away. It would have been nice to have not felt so rushed after waiting so long for our lunch. It did not make us want to stay for dessert!

Very serviceable as a Pre theatre venue - crowded and noisy but what do you expect? The pasta was nice, the prices competitive- the green salad lacked all character.
