Trendy vibe but more than anything they need someone to get everything more organised. 1) sort the music. Stop start repeat same half dozen tunes repeat same tunes repeat . . . yawn. 2) several times, People serving took drinks / food to a wrong table like they don't know what they're doing. 3) Lonnngggg waits after ordering. (To be fair it was busy, but not crammed.) Food was good but we Won't be rushing back. They could easily be much better. Others manage it.

Delicious food, great service and a wonderful atmosphere. What more could you ask for? My friend and I went there after bowling at the M18 lanes. We had a warm welcome and were looked after very well during the meal. The food itself was very tasty. The restaurant looks new and has a rather impressive looking wine rack (behind glass) in the middle giving it an opulent feel. We both really enjoyed ourselves.

The staff were very attentive and made our evening very comfortable and pleasant. The ambience and decor was excellent. The food was well presented and delicious! Would definitely recommend this venue!

Good service, good food (a little on the oily side but no different than the other restaurants locally, I think that's just my personal taste). Lovely atmosphere and deco. We bowled downstairs first, bar service there was very slow.

Fabulous food - really different and beautiful flavours. Really attentive staff, lovely surroundings and a great evening. This restaurant is a real gem - somewhere special.

I don’t say this lightly...M18 is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The decor is slick, the food is absolutely divine and the cocktails are delicious. Cannot recommend enough.

Food was really good, lots of choice and very tasty. Great vegetarian options. Bowling was fun too. Service was very good. The only negative was we were very cold because there was a really cold draught coming through the front door every time someone came in

We didn’t even make it as we were running about 20 minutes late. We rang the restaurant and they said they shut there kitchens at 2.45 and the restaurant shuts at 3pm. Know one informed us of this as how do 8 people order and eat within 1 hour. The restaurant were very rude.... ruined my dad’s birthday

It was a busy (diwali) night. After finishing our starters, we were handed our bill and told that we had exceeded a 2 hour limit (even though we had only been there 1hr15 mins), because the table was needed. We left and found somewhere else that was welcoming to enjoy our main course. No doubt they had overbooked and worked out they could squeeze 4 people around our table for 2.

Visited the place with family. The restaurant setting was great and food was excellent. Definitely recommend. Will surely go again! Parking is a issue but explained fully on the website and with the help from the staff it was all very easy.

The service was very slow and there were several mistakes made. The drinks order was incorrect, we ordered starters which never arrived, the coffee was awful. On the plus side, the food was delicious! The bill was wrong and when we asked to see the manager he offered a 10% discount, which is all very well but he did not seem that concerned that we had so many different issues which he should have addressed so that improvements can be made going forward.

Food is excellent and good portions. Great ambience and fantastic staff - especially Mihaela and Razin. Park in Sainsbury's and give them your number plate.

Don't go with the décor !! and while ordering, choose fast moving popular dish from the menu, else you will saviour the stale food. Good Luck !!

The food was nice but the service was poor very polite but had to wait a while for them to clear the table and also the bill. I could understand this if it was busy but the resturant was only a quarter full. I would go back but hope for better next time.

Mixed reviews online so was a little unsure at first but we gave it a go. We had a table of 4 booked for 8pm on a Saturday. We were welcomed in and the service and vibe of all staff were really good. Classy interior,good vibes, tasty food.. get the chicken salt and pepper starter. I don’t have any complaInts and would definitely recommend for something a little bit classier then your average Asian restaurant, take the Missus or the family here , not the work mates. Not too posh either, nice balance

Food was really good and environment is nice but it took totally ages to be served. We didn’t get our main course for almost an hour .

Food was really lovely, so worth trying. However the service overall was really poor and does match the ambiance of the restaurant nor the prices you pay (prices are a little more than a standard Indian). To give a specific example, we waited 10 minutes for our change having paid cash and asked for it twice as we were in a rush. When we asked a third time, we had one of the young waiters being quite insolent and rude saying ‘I can’t get your change I have asked the other guy already. We are busy you know.....what do you want me to do....’. When you have just paid more than £35 a head, that annoys me. You might expect this in a fast food restaurant not in a nice restaurant that charges higher than average prices (albeit for very nice food). Such a shame as it ruined an otherwise nice meal.
