Magic Monkey

Tapas style food that came out when ready so all fresh and hot. But the cocktails were the star of the show. Quite expensive but for a special occasion defiantly worth the visit.

We were excited in anticipation of our meal there, but the noise from the DJ on site was horrendous. I was not expecting to be in a club. The service was excellent and they could have not been more helpful or apologetic, but the best part of the visit was leaving. It’s a shame

Good music, made it quite vibey inside. The staff were very attentive. The decor is lovely and we enjoyed the food although we only had 2 small plates as we were eating elsewhere. Would recommend the feta. It would be nice if food ordering wasn't mandatory, because it's a nice bar to have a few drinks at, but we were told at booking that we had to order some food, and with the high tables it feels more like a drinking place than somewhere you'd have a full on meal. So that's a bit annoying, but otherwise we are happy to have a nice bar on our doorstep.

I recommend the tropical pornstar, garlic & chilli prawns and Squid delicious 😋

A delightful lunch time visit on the Magic Monkey’s opening day. Ordered a (rather greedy) selection of dishes and each one was delicious. Staff friendly and eager to please. Can see this is going to be a great addition to the Broadway!
