A little haphazard...out of 2 teas we got one with no strength and they forgot the earl grey! The breakfasts were garnished with fresh fruit. It was a nice idea but the time taken doing this meant the food was lukewarm. It was tasty though! The bill arrived and was just the drinks so we had to ask for a further bill. Not one for a return visit 😕

Went for a birthday treat for my daughters 14th with some of her friends, the food was delicious and the table service awesome. Will definitely be back.

Warmly greeted, shown to our seats and even accommodated my picky son to a different table :) Was disappointed with the 3 ingredients omelette. I ordered bacon tomato and cheese. Omelette itself was massive and filling however, there was next to no bacon in the omelette. Waiter asked if everything was ok and offered another one but everyone had already eaten. My son ordered the Nutella pancakes and again the size of these pancakes for £12.90 wasnt good. They were so small and my son was very disappointed. Other two members of the party enjoyed their food. Was a shame as I've eaten at the Hornchurch branch and had the chilli eggs on sourdough toast which was nice.

The service was extremely good and the food was superb

On the website it states Sunday open from 8am we got there at around 8:20 to be told the opening time is 9am and we would have to wait until then. We ended up going to another place for breakfast. So I feel they should update the website in case they get this again

This is not the first visit for me as usual great atmosphere, service and superb food.Will be going back very soon.

Very good visit here quite often service important to me

We had an 11am reservation & my guests arrived 10 mins early but were asked to stand & wait, we had an extremely pregnant daughterinlaw in tow, so was offered bar seats to which there no way she was getting on those,so my son had to remind them we did have a reservation & 10 mins wasn't that early ,so then our seats were offered. Apart from that we enjoyed our meal.

It was a bit noisy but it was Fathers Day. Enjoyed the music choice, just a bit loud. We were made very welcome even though something went wrong with our booking online . The food was totally delicious and plentiful. Nicest meal I've had out for ages. So tasty and hot too. Didn't like the compulsory service charge though. I felt it was too much and would have preferred to make up my own mind about the amount. It was a lovely change. Would like to come again, maybe lunchtime during the week.

Considering how busy it was for Father’s Day impressed as always for the great welcome and service. Breakfast very good although portion sizes far too big for us. Great to see lots of Dads being treated by their families

Service initially attentive but then slow to bring the bill at the end. Music was too loud making it difficult to talk, especially when trying to listen to toddler. Food was good and tasty, generous portions.

Sorry I booked Benfleet but meant Hornchurch, we had and birthday breakfast for our son. The food was incredible. The staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble, I dropped my fork and instantly I got given a clean one. The smoothies decorations made us smile and tasted delicious. The interior is so tastefully presented and makes the whole experience epic so thank you. We will be back soon.

Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly. Great menu choice even for vegetarians like me. No pressure to leave the table after we had finished. Definitely recommend.
