Staff were very friendly and helpful, food was delicious. We had to wait a while for this, but I presume it's freshly prepared so was worth the wait. Definitely recommend.

Staff friendly and welcoming. Food was a mixture of okay and good. Hot and steaming dishes. The meat in the lamb casserole was well cooked and very tender, however the dish was bland with a thin gravy.

We ordered courgette and gruyere fritters which were ok followed by seabass fillets on mushroom risotto, which was nice, and Mediterranean vegetable stuffed aubergine which was very tasty.

Our dining experience of a meal was tasty and good value

Service was great. My guests enjoyed their food, mine was OK. If you're serving hot food, it should be on a hot plate. Cold mashed potato and gravy is not good. I thought the meal represented pretty good value for money though, just needed more attention to detail (warm the plates!) to be really good.

Lovely service as always. We had garlic mushrooms as a starter: amazing, really delicious and definitely recommend these. Chicken with haggis as main course; had it before its really good. I found that perhaps there was a little more mustard in the mash for me, than previously but this is personal taste as my husband loved it. We always enjoy meals here, whether breakfast, lunch or tea time and the service is not intrusive but is impeccable and consistently good

Service was excellent and the food delicious. My wife had the salmon and what a portion! I had the chicken breast stuffed with haggis. It was super. Cocktail menu was good and the mixologist really new her stuff. Well done. My wife mentioned that it was her birthday a the next thing we knew they brought out a cake with candles. What a lovely evening.
