This is probably the best Indian food in the country..the flavours were amazing. In my career I have traveled the world and the food at Masakali is amongst the best. I am a foodie and our group of 6 all complimented the manager on his attention to detail..a semi silver service by his staff. His welcome and the quality of food made our evening very special. Well done and thank you.

We visited this restaurant to celebrate my dad's birthday and had a truly enjoyable experience. Food: The food was excellent overall. For starters, we chose the street-style chicken pakora, chicken lollipop, and veg Manchurian, all of which were perfectly cooked and packed with flavour. For mains, we tried the Andhra chicken curry with naan and it was a standout dish for sure. We also ordered the chicken biryani, which had great flavour but was a bit on the dry side, something that could be improved. Service: The service really added to the experience. Vishnu was incredibly helpful in getting us seated and guiding us through the menu. He was always around when we needed anything without being intrusive. We sampled a variety of cocktails, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed. Special thanks to Kunal, who made sure each cocktail matched our preferences, his attention to detail was much appreciated. The highlight was the surprise celebration they helped organise for my dad at the end, which made the evening even more special and memorable. Ambience: We’ve dined here before, and as always, the ambience was lovely. Since it was a weekday, the place wasn’t too crowded, which made it even more relaxing. We especially enjoyed the classic Bollywood music playing in the background, it added a nostalgic charm that paired wonderfully with the delicious food.

The food was absolutely, the staff was lovely and it’s extremely funky place. Will be back, will be telling friends. This is a must go for beautiful Indian cuisine

Food was testy but very less quantity & service was very slow . Only 1 person she took orders & serving herself too . So they need to keep more people for taking orders & serving food too

I visited with friends for lunch on a Saturday afternoon, thinking an a la carte menu would be available however found out it was buffet only. There was no option at all to order any other items off the menu and no explanation as to the pricing or if our drinks order would be taken, we had to ask for everything twice including drinking water for the table. Unfortunately the quality of the food was also sub standard, and all of us felt quite queasy afterwards. When making payment, we gave our feedback and stated we would not be paying the service charge, due to the lack of service. We were not asked if we would like to split the bill between us, so unfortunately one friend without being told paid the whole amount! Which in turn, the rest of us only realised when we attempted to pay, we then had the inconvenience of transferring money to our friend. I also felt the manager did not listen to us and was just not interested if we were happy customers. I would not recommend visiting on a weekend daytime, I have visited before on a weeknight evening and had a much better experience.

We had booked a Table only to arrive at the Restaurant and see that they were closed. Tried calling but it continuously rang with no response. No courtesy to even contact and inform if they had a genuine reason to remain closed or if they were late in opening. So we didn’t get to experience the food or see the ambience.

Food in the buffet was not at all value for money. Most of them were ready to eats. Most of the buffet was cold. We complained and they made some arrangements for us for which we appreciate the manager. But the food quality has to improve or they should reduce the price. Competition is providing far better food quality for a similar price.

There was hardly any variety in dishes and food was cold taste was really average, for the price that they are charging they should introduce some more dishes, especially the chaat corner and desserts were very disappointing.

Bit unorganised. Wasn’t explained to go up to buffet. Also if you go up yourself to the bar to order drinks etc. A bit lapse the service etc.

This was my first visit to the restaurant after hearing some positive things about it. My experience was quite mixed, but overall I would not be in a rush to go back. I ordered a dish that was supposedly mild, but was very spicy, and uncomfortably so. The portion sizes were good, but alas this was rather offset with the spicy nature of the meal. The service was very hit and miss. At one point, I was the only person out of a group of 4 without my rice. I had to ask a couple of different people as I was still waiting 5 minutes later. I also had to ask for cutlery, again with two different people, and a few minutes after finally getting it, a different person then turned up another knife and fork! The restaurant was not even busy, maybe 4 tables occupied, so this made it even more frustrating.

It was a surprise 40’th birthday party for my wife. All staff were very well accommodating and friendly with an excellent attitude. Food - starters were great and tasted amazing. The mains were good but not great as the starters. We were a table of 12 so it was a big food order hence the service took a while. All in all a great place to eat and have a good evening.
