Fab food and great service. Will definitely be going back.

The food was excellent and very good value as always.

Table was easily pre booked online. Visited for Saturday lunch with friends and everything was good.

The food was delicious. We all had various breakfasts and they were all great. Service was good and the Virus precautions were good. Love Maxwell’s every time we visit and food and drinks are always good x

Amazing visit. The staff were super friendly and there were plenty of cleaning measures in place. The food was gorgeous! We all had a different variety of burger with an upgrade on the fries, and we weren't disappointed. Will definitely be back here soon

First time we have been since moving into Clitheroe ... very impressed by the staff friendliness, attentive, menu was good & varied. We both shared a garlic flatbread which was lovely then we had a burger Each & these were very tasty & good portions. Place seemed clean & hand sanitizers were available & not empty like some places. Would visit again.

Good system in place for social distancing. Great staff though slightly slow service as they were very busy. Would go again.

Firstly, it is covid safe and well organised. Had breakfast on the upper terrace with views of the fells 😊. The service was excellent, thank you. The food was up to Maxwells usual high standard. We will return 👍🏻

Fantastic food again. We went for breakfast, quality ingredients, fab service and all round experience. Maxwells have put in some changes to deal with the necessary social distancing but these did not impact on the experience whatsoever and we throughly enjoyed our visit. We definitely didn’t need lunch later on! (We has the big breakfast and it lived up to its name).

Was very cold with the door open also was not asked if we wanted anything else just asked if we would pay

We have been visiting Maxwells for years and thought it was the only place for our first trip, now that the lockdown has been relaxed on food and drink venues, Its a fantastic place for a coffee, a lunch or an evening dinner, the staff and food are the best and today's breakfast for the family was no exception, simply marvellous.

Lovely atmosphere. Thursday evening is perfect if you want a quiet night too. Food was fab- my Dad loves the rice pudding!! Requests were made and sorted with no problem. Friendly staff who couldn't do enough to accommodate us. See you again soon.
