Mutton version of the chhoila is grilled, then mixed with onions, tomatoes, coriander is a spicy garlic and chilli paste. (Served cold)

Mutton Sekuwa
Succulent and scrumptious mutton skewer grilled with peppers, onions served with tomato chutney which contains sesame. While sekuwa originates from Chitwan region of Nepal, it has made its mark in many places thanks to its versatility and ability of being an excellent companion with drinks. Goes best with rice or bhuja.
Cauli Aloo
Cauliflower fried with potatoes and seasoned with cumin, bay leaf, garlic, and ginger. Goes best with naan or bhatura or as a side dish with rice since this dish doesn’t have any sauce.
Biryani
This popular dish is seasoned rice mixed with meat-on-the-bones or vegetables served with tomato chutney which contains sesame
Rayo ko Saag
Mustard greens that is simply fried in garlic oil with minimum spices. Normally works great as a companion with meat dishes accompanied by rice.
Tama Aloo Bodi
Tangy bamboo shoots stewed with potatoes and black-eyed beans and seasoned with turmeric, coriander, and other mixed spices. Goes best with rice or rice flakes
