Succulent and scrumptious mutton skewer grilled with peppers, onions served with tomato chutney which contains sesame. While sekuwa originates from Chitwan region of Nepal, it has made its mark in many places thanks to its versatility and ability of being an excellent companion with drinks. Cauliflower fried with potatoes and seasoned with cumin, bay leaf, garlic, and ginger. Goes best with naan or bhatura or as a side dish with rice since this dish doesn’t have any sauce.
