Meat Rack

The restaurant was very quiet when we first arrived but it soon picked up! The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was tasty. We had burgers and they were really delicious.

Food took long to arrive even though place was quiet. Atmosphere wasn't great. Service wasn't bad but not great either. Food was ok and filled me up pretty welll.

Worst experience in my life food was very bad not happy. Cold and lumped in cold sauce and bun was all soggy when I complained abt it was kinda ignored and at the end they gave 20% discount which was like 4 pounds off the bill not happy will never go back.

Recently organised a dinner here for 20 + guests and the staff were excellent. They are, helpful, welcoming and accommodating. Most importantly, the food is amazing!

Excellent burgers, milkshakes, buffalo wings. Serving staff are always very friendly and helpful and have always added valur to the dining experience. Steaks can sometimes be great and other times not so, sauces need improvement for steaks.

Food was amazing!! We absolutely loved the buffalo wings for starters. And we went extra spicy and Meat Rack did not disappoint. Our 2 year old son loved the experience too.

The food was not as tasty as expected. Flavours generally were bland and sweet potato chips were burned and had unpleasant after taste. Onion rings tasted similar to ones you would get from a supermarket. The burger was quite nice but would have benefitted from being seasoned and medium well I had asked for rather than medium rare I received. Orders were mixed up and took a while to come through.

The hostess very friendly. Food good. Calm atmosphere but music got on your nerves as it was on a loop but overall quite nice. Would go again

There are no details of the BYO option on the website or menu, so you have to wait and ask, by which time it is too late. Otherwise, great food.

Big juicy burgers, lovely vanilla and banana milkshakes. The macaroni cheese side is the size of a main meal and the chips are gorgeous. I recommend highly.

Food was really tasty and great friendly service. Menu options was decent and nice portions, we enjoyed everything we had. We had both burgers and stake and enjoyed both! Kids menu options was really good value and kids loved it.

I booked thinking we were going to a restaurant with ambience for our 47th wedding anniversary treat.Biggest mistake I've ever made ruined our special day. It's not a RESTAURANT ,it's cheap tacky tables and chairs with paper napkins give the impression you've walked into a workmans cafe/ burger bar. We had steaks which were tough , tasteless and served with side orders of highly over cooked /burnt chips. I told the server it was digesting food and her attitude was " I'll tell the kitchen" nobody came to discuss our issues .We paid the bill and left and will never return . During our time spen there we endured a couple with a screeching child sat directly behind us. This place is only to visit when drunk after a night out for a burger, if I can find a good word for it I would say eating area was Clean.

The restaurant was really good I liked their service and the food, I was happy. I'll definitely go there again and would recommend it to others.

Awful management, refused my family and I service as they had used their quota of groupons for the evening - despite the restaurant being half empty. Will never go there again, despite being there in the past and also having a further 5 groupons. Very poor management style with no respect or courtesy when dealing with customers.

Overall great experience. Great service, great steak, great milkshake. Very good hospality Bit far from where I live. Shame but will go back there again

It was great. The staff were awesome, and very funny. The food was delicious, with the steaks being huge. You can being your own wine too!

The environment is good and airy.. Mac & Cheese was nothing special. Milkshakes were worse than MCs. Burger meat was ok but the buns need improvement.

Friendly service and food was good enough. Bit of a basic set up though and could do with a better atmosphere. Ideal for a large group who will be loud and fancy a decent meal for a good price.

Where to begin? Earlsfield lovely location, not too loud with the hustle and bustle of neighbouring Tooting or Wandsworth. Yet good transport links to and throw from Meat Rack only 5mins walk if that from Earlsfield station. Didn't use my groupons discount on this occasion, but it's ok the food and service more than made upnfor that. Order a veggie version of the "smoky bandit" burger which was a delight. Presentation of the meals was absolutely pleasing to the eye's, almost forgot I was on a double date that's how much I wanted to indulge. For the foodies in us that love to take pics, this would definitely get the like button ratings on instagram or any social media platform. The sweet potato fries complimented the burger nicely and both were of a generous size, so gave good value for money. Not to be negative but despite all the pro's only con was the meal took 35-45 mins or so to arrive. Though in saying that for a group of 4 i'm guessing this was to serve and accomodate us all at once, which is understandable and the meal was well worth the wait. Service was top notch the front of house lady kept the drinks flowing, treatment from her was lovely catered to us with a smile and added banter through out the night. Already my partner wants to go again, was complimented and asked thorugh out the entire meal how I came across the place. Love the fact they have many veggie options too. I believe the food was halal too which is of added benefit to myself and partner being both muslim. Thought we're both vegetarian but it's always good to know. Milkshakes and Non-Alcoholic drinks were bountiful in flavours and very satisfying in taste. Can't wait to go again, perfect date night out to mark my fiancé's birthday weekend. If you can get the groupon's deal whilst it's on trust me you're winning!!! 🤗

Enjoyed my first visit to Meat Rack, had a lovely beef burger and sweet potato chips. Need to try the milkshakes and steak next time I go there! Impressed overall by the quality of the food and service.

We came with the Groupon deal, which did not specify limited choices from the menu, therefore needed to spent extra money :-(. The food was very good, especially the wings but milkshakes were too watery!

The place was really far and we stuck in traffic, but eventually we got there and steaks were absolutely amazing. Lady, who serve us was really kind and find a table for us, even that we were late almost for an hour.

The burgers are absolutely huge! Great value for money and they taste great! The buffallo wings are also melt in the mouth. This place is a great find and is highly recommended!

The food (burger and chips) was very nice and filling, the staff were very welcoming and friendly and the restuarant was clean/newly refurbished. Overall, a very pleasant place to dine in. What more can you ask for :)

Halal steak restaurants are very rare. This was a find. Steak was well cooked, good sizes with chunky chips. Left full and happy. No room for dessert.

The slight lack of ambience was more than made up for by the top notch food. Well worth the visit all the way from Croydon.

Found the place bland not receive a warm welcome staff couldn't be bothered with us as if we were in the way ,got up and left didn't even order food not for us very poor place to eat

Food was good and very decent sized portions. Would recommend sharing sides with burgers as we ended up with loads left over. Friendly staff and the price was very reasonable, especially as its BYO. Would go back and would recommend.

very good but bit pricey. menu needs a bit development and the music needs to change turn it down guys as its too lound you need to create a mellow ambience not a disco. otherwise good food.
