Great time out. food was top notch, cocktails were amazing and live music had us singing along. Thanks to Medusa staff for making our first anniversary memorable!

First time we have been, the service was great, very attentive, food was superb, we had a sharing platter and each dish was perfectly cooked, would highly recommend 😃

Long wait for staff to acknowledge us and offer us the drinks menu. Also difficult to get staff’s attention. Had to ask for the bill 3 times before it was given to us and when it was it was just numbers scribbled on a piece of paper, no idea how much drinks were.

Atmosphere was good, staff were very welcoming and drinks arrived very quickly. Unfortunately the food wasn't as quick, and it didn't appear to be that busy. But when the food did arrive it was worth the wait It was lovely, best chips we have ever had at a restaurant the bbq chicken was to die for.

Booked on opening night for my birthday they changed the time of my booking via a telephone call which was fine but then called me at 9:30pm the night before to say my table had been double booked by a computer error even though id spoken to a girl on telephone in person and then got a text confirmation id booked this night out for my birthday so had to then find an alternative last min on the Saturday i received no kind of apology absolutely terrible customer service esp for a new business but obviously theyre so busy and in demand they dont think they need to worry about customer service

Arrived at Medusa on time!! not even asked if I had a booking was told straight away to wait outside and someone would be with us.... 15 minutes later no one came to see us 2 other girls arrived a staff member came out with them and told them to sign the test and Trace then took them inside. Another 2 girls arrived and were seated straight away! We just left after 25 minutes of waiting outside! Absolute joke will not be booking again disappointed is an understatement!!

Waited a long time for first drinks order to be taken. Food was lovely after quite a wait. Only gave us cutlery for one person after asking and never returned with second. We were sat next to door which was constantly opening and closing as girls came in and out for toilet so was cold. Totally understand it was the first day so I’m sure service will get better. Food was lovely though.

Enjoyed our meal, starters better than mains and the atmosphere was nice. The food I would say is mexican inspired... don't expect authentic mexican food. Staff were very pleasant but the service was very slow. Hopefully this will improve with more staff. Wouldn't rush back but the Monday night quiz was a good idea.

We really wanted to love this place, but we’re sadly disappointed. Service was quite slow, food was good (but not great), and the toilets were a bit of a mess. Really hope things get better!

Lovely atmoshphere, delay in some service but it’s a new restaurant so to be expected. Looking forward to coming back

Wasn’t impressed. Got sat down at our table and was draughty as a back door was continuously opening, asked if we could move only to be told we’ll put the heating on & stopped where we were at. Went to Oder food and drinks , when asked what alcohol was in cocktails etc as not shown on menu the waitress had no idea and same with the food. Got our food but no cutlery, waited a while to get waitress attention as was busy talking with other waitress, finally got cutlery, but I’m afraid we all found the food bland and boring . Sorry this is mine a my friends thoughts, was so looking forward to it but won’t be in a hurry to return , maybe just a one off with inexperienced staff and room for improvement. Wish you all the best al the same.
