Melrose Restaurant

The food was delicious, lobster was a little over cooked but still very tasty. Excellent service, very friendly staff.

We have used this restaurant many times in the past but not since a bad experience about 2 years ago. We decided to try it again and we were really pleased - the food was back to the quality we knew before and the service was lovely. Sadly there were only 2 other tables occupied so the atmosphere was rather quiet. The restaurant next door (which does not have such good food) was packed - can't think why?

Delicious seafood! We had the hot shellfood platter and it was amazing. It was very busy but the food didn't take too long to be served. You can tell the waitresses were very busy but they did a good job.

IT tok a while before we could order the food. And the food was ok, but i will not recomed the resturant to someone.

Very good food. I had been expecting to see the old owner but he has retired but good standards have continued with the exception of the dessert trolley which is no longer and the absence of one or two things on that menu. Overall a good experience.
