It was a very beautiful restaurant with swings and fairy lights. The pasta Mariana was tasty and the staff were very welcoming.

Got 1 order incorrect but bought rest of table who finished their dinners before it arrived. They never offered any discount or drinks & added the difference between the dishes they got wrong to the bill. Consequently no tip was left.

Our table was ready, restaurant very busy and noisy but a great atmosphere. The staff were very attentive and our orders taken. Drinks arrived, we had the ‘Hugo’ cocktails (wouldn’t recommend) and Bellini’s. We had a 3 course meal, the food was delicious and good sized portions. Service was excellent!

Arrived and was left standing in the middle of the restaurant as someone said they would get our pre booked table ready but then forgotten about and had to ask again. Took a long time to take our order. No drinks were offered and took around 45 minutes from arrive to get any drinks. Food was mediocre at best. There are far better Italian restaurants in Leicester. This is not authentic at all.

I met up with a couple of old friends for lunch today. We all love Italian food and we all enjoyed what we ordered. The restaurant was fairly quiet but the staff were attentive whilst giving us plenty of time (we had lots to talk about!) I will certainly come again. Thank you for a lovely lunch.

Food was lovely, staff friendly. A little confusion on arrival about what we could or couldn’t order from the Sunday lunch time menu but we got there in the end. Overall enjoyable experience

Waited a while to order and then the chips came very late after nearly finishing our food. waiting again to pay and ended up leaving the table and paying at the front desk as no one came to our table. the food was nice and the staff were pleasant.

5 friends for dinner, awful service ( they need training) food mediocre. Asked if we wanted starters before main meal, then main meals just plonked down on table and we had to ask which meal was which! I think it was cheap produce, I’ve cooked better at home.

We dined here on 11th Jan and from start to finish it was brilliant. The service from Vin was second to none and the food was first class. The place was clean and ambient. Faultless experience.

Very enjoyable experience, we waited quite a long time for our food, but we were only having mains, and it was worth waiting for. It did mean that we didn't have time for dessert, but the serving staff were lovely, and we would DEFINITELY return

Everything about it was bad, after 45 mins we still hadn't arrived then they tried to bring everything together , food came out on chipped plates , had to wait for sides not a good experience

Mahi was very attentive, friendly, knowledgeable right from the beginning until end. Her customer service manners were impeccable with a lovely warm smile. We were quite taken back that took our order without making notes and did not make a single error. She is an asset to the restaurant. Because of her service my friends and I will return again.
