great service. great food. would definitely visit. well done all again
Great service, welcomed when we arrived and show to our table. ordered drinks from bar and they were brought to table steight away. food was butifully cooked and fresh, great veriaty of meals to choose from. we all enjoyed our visit. Thank you
I booked table for my wife's 50th birthday and even though the food and service were good, we felt rushed as we were told that we only had one and a half hours for the booking. Not really enough time to enjoy the food properly, and to socialise. To make matters worse the bill arrived an extra person had being added to the bill, and even after this was resolved, I queried the discount for the birthday meal being free and was told this was included, and there was a rush for other matters rather than dealing with this. Not sure how if there were 8 guests, 1 being the birthday guest, so bill should be for 7 not 8? By this stage I was beyond caring so we walked out. advise you lock in all the discounts etc when you walk in, so that there is no doubt when the bill arrives and staff are too busy to deal with your questions.
As always the food was very good and we were not rushed out of the place. However it was let down by the fact that I had reserved a table (two weeks in advance) for 10 people and even though I had confirmed this twice by email and again by phone the day before the table was not ready when we arrived. We were also supposed to receive a free bottle of wine (as advertised when making a booking for 10 or more people), which wasn't forthcoming either!! This detracts from the experience, especially when some people have travelled a distance to eat here on our recommendation. This is why the score is only average.
Have eaten here before and it is always good. Great variety of different dishes you can help yourself to, plus good selection of desserts. Staff were quick to clear tables and to take drinks orders. Good value as it was £15.95 on a Saturday evening, and helps you budget for your meal out. Would recommend Mimosa.
Had a great time at Mimosa Camberley last night. There was a fantastic selection of food, from starters and mains, to the Indian street food area where you can order your own selection, to the puddings offering fruit, cakes, ice cream and a delicious chocolate sauce. Great service and very reasonable.
A lot of the food was dry especially the chicken dishes and the duck. There were a lot of empty dishes. It was a busy evening but that shouldn’t impact in the quality. We have been on busy nights previously. I would also like to say the floor was incredibly sticky as was our table. We have been to mimosa a lot, usually with at least 6 of us. It’s a shame because it’s always been good but we weren’t impressed last night. I don’t know if we would go again.
Always have a nice time and eat plenty Had a lovely evening although it was busy compared to all other times we've visited Low on food at times so lots of people waiting around for it to be refulled
